We recently moved to the Valley and when we moved we immediately made appointments at Driggs Vet to get our dogs seen and in their system. In addition, one of our rescues needed extended treatment and those visits went fine because we were able to schedule them in advance. Our problem is that we can never be seen when we actually need our dogs seen for issues that are unexpected. Both times we have called for unexpected issues (issues that we consider emergencies), we were told there was no availability. I think we are going to have to find another vet. read more

Our regular vet was unavailable and we were referred to Driggs when our dog was sick. They got us in immediately, determined he needed immediate surgery, and took care of him with such compassion. Everyone was so nice and caring during a very difficult time. read more

Friends of ours recommended Dr Betts and our first introduction to him was good. Our puppy seemed to like him and he gave her the shots she needed at that time. However if you need to get you pet in for an issue...good luck. We were told he is 2 weeks out. Our dog is chewing on her paw due to something embedded in it. We have tried unsuccessfully to see it and remove it. No way...it is super sensitive. She is licking it all the time and chewing it. I sent the clinic a message over the weekend and we were told to send a picture...no way can we get a picture of whatever is in her paw. Then after calling we were told he is 2 weeks out or we can drop her off in the morning and they could "work her in". She is super anxious around other dogs....they don't care that's all they can offer. I offered to drive her there ( I am literally 5 mins away) on the day they wanted me to drop her off and they said no they can't do that. So while our friends experience with this clinic may be good, I can't endorse them at all. read more

He stitched a cut paw pad and wrapped it too tight, cutting off the circulation, for 4 days straight!!! 2 other vets that saved his life in Victor & Idaho Falls confirmed this and said they wouldn't have stitched the paw in the first place. I wish I could give negative stars. Driggs vet refused to treat my cat as they diagnosed him with psychiatric issues. Yes it's true! As he was in shock from the lack of care from Driggs, I rushed him to Spring Creek Animal Hospital in Jackson. Dr Alex properly diagnosed an intestinal blockage and saved his life. There is a severe shortage of vets in the valley and rumor has it that the owner/vet here has had many vets come in but they all leave because he doesn't pay enough. This is unacceptable. This valley is full of animals and we need care. Pay your vets!! read more

Driggs vet was awesome. My dog was sick late Friday night, (shaking, vomiting, unable to go to the bathroom all day) and I was worried about her of course. I called and Donald was in surgery but called me back. I described her symptoms and he told me she could hold through the night and to come in early Saturday morning. I did go in and my dog peed all over the floor... She hadn't been able to pee for a while. I had also been noticed blood. He noticed a stone in her urine and immediately did X-rays. Showed she had stones in her bladder which victor vet did not catch a week before . Don said we needed to do surgery ASAP and scheduled it for Wednesday. Stitches came out two weeks later. Months later my girl is still good. One suggestion is to find out what kind of stones they are (which I didn't) because that can help you with preventative care. read more
