I never use third-party services to board my dogs so I was very apprehensive, however my concerns were ill-founded. Both of my dogs were in great spirits when we picked them up and more importantly when we dropped them off the next day - bound out of the car and into the facility. I guess you can't give a higher recommendation than that :)

She looks so much better after a bath and some areas trimmed, including her nails. When my dog is with someone who doesn't respect her she comes home and will not allow us to touch her until the next day. After she has been groomed at Animal Oasis she is loving, happy, and wanting to play with us. The good news is that I can take her and let her play until they are ready to begin the grooming and then pick her up at the end of the day. She is a extrovert and loves to play with other dogs. I have not used their overnight boarding facilities so I can't speak to that aspect of the business.

The team is very knowledgeable when it comes to the wellbeing and safety of our dogs. Our boys love getting dropped off, and sometimes, don't want to leave! Brenden, Michelle, Kimber & Madi are all great to work with and you can tell they are all passionate about what they do. Thor (my mixed breed senior pup) is always hesitant around new people and he very quickly grew fond of the team here. That's how I knew he was in good hands! Zuko (our Bernedoodle puppy) loves every chance he gets to run around at Digg's and make new dog friends. We even get to see them running around and having fun on Digg's Playhouse social media platforms. We're very thankful to have a place close to home that we can bring our boys to. We're never in constant worry about if they're doing okay -- that is always my biggest hurdle when dropping them off for boarding. Not cleaned in days!!!!! They were all covered in it, especially two of them!!!! Only half of their food was gone. I was told they weren't eating! So I guess they stopped feeding them!!!!!!! The dog bed, blanket and feeding mat all reaked of urine!!!!! I can't express how horrible I feel leaving my fur babies with people who could care less about the animals that are left in their care!!!!!! If I could sue them I would!!!! Was seen by both the vet tech and vet within 10 minutes. Vet was nice and straight to the point, didn't try and push anything which I appreciated. Was given meds, checked out and on our way by 11:35! Loved how fast we were seen.

They tell me it's to pay for the doctors time, but I'm not asking for for that. My dogs just need their yearly vaccinations.... Which you have a vet tech giving, not the doctor. This is just a way for you to charge extra money. I'll go somewhere else to get my dogs vaccinations.
