I never use third-party services to board my dogs so I was very apprehensive, however my concerns were ill-founded. Both of my dogs were in great spirits when we picked them up and more importantly when we dropped them off the next day - bound out of the car and into the facility. I guess you can't give a higher recommendation than that :)

She looks so much better after a bath and some areas trimmed, including her nails. When my dog is with someone who doesn't respect her she comes home and will not allow us to touch her until the next day. After she has been groomed at Animal Oasis she is loving, happy, and wanting to play with us. The good news is that I can take her and let her play until they are ready to begin the grooming and then pick her up at the end of the day. She is a extrovert and loves to play with other dogs. I have not used their overnight boarding facilities so I can't speak to that aspect of the business.

The team is very knowledgeable when it comes to the wellbeing and safety of our dogs. Our boys love getting dropped off, and sometimes, don't want to leave! Brenden, Michelle, Kimber & Madi are all great to work with and you can tell they are all passionate about what they do. Thor (my mixed breed senior pup) is always hesitant around new people and he very quickly grew fond of the team here. That's how I knew he was in good hands! Zuko (our Bernedoodle puppy) loves every chance he gets to run around at Digg's and make new dog friends. We even get to see them running around and having fun on Digg's Playhouse social media platforms. We're very thankful to have a place close to home that we can bring our boys to. We're never in constant worry about if they're doing okay -- that is always my biggest hurdle when dropping them off for boarding. I went to the facilities for a tour. When I was there I noticed the dogs were sad looking and…read morenervous. They were laying on cement without even a mat or toys to keep them company. I didn't see any staff interacting with them and didn't even seem excited to be there. Prices were high and so were the add on prices. I wasn't impressed in the least. I found a much better place to leave my precious fur babies with where the staff was happy to be there and lots more for the dogs to do and the prices were more in line. Every time we arrive at our boarding facility our dogs are so happy to be there they sometimes even forget to say bye to us. They take the dogs on walks to the park, down by the greenbelt, and have so many more service options and discounts for multiple pups staying together. Please don't go to Ameripet in Idaho Falls Idaho.

My dog stayed overnight at this kennel last night. We picked her up at 5:30 this afternoon so I…read moreknew we would be paying a late fee as well as the nightly fee, as regular pick up was before 1PM. I cleared the late pick up with them when I dropped her off yesterday. If picking up late, most kennels charge a day care fee. This kennel did not post the fee, so my bad for not asking, but they made me pay for a second night. This kennel is already expensive (62.50 a night) so doubling that cost is absolutely crazy. Also, their closing hours are listed as 7 PM and I clarified this with them when I dropped her off. I received a call at 5 PM today asking when we were picking her up because they close at 6 PM. My dog was well taken care of but, for this high nightly fee, I would have expected much better customer service.
