It's hard to find a good vet, especially one that isn't always so busy with their current customers, even though they were busy, they made an exception and took the time to take him in. Couldn't be happier and I think that people will realize that when a vet says they don't have room for an appointment. After my dog was…read morebloating to massive proportions a liquid filled her abdominal cavity due to the cancer inside of her as diagnosed by this vet, this vet failed at draining her properly as they did the first draining. Then they overcharge me for adding a consulting fee and an examination fee onto these extra visits. The vet tech would ask me questions after the doc called me and had me bring my dog over early because she feared the worst (actually I figured it our afterwards, they had a schedule conflict). They lied. Anyway, in this so-called consulting room, the tech asked what was my dogs issue, why am I here. They knew why I was here because it was a second visit and they told me to come early for the drawing. The tech then asked me what medications is my dog on. I shook my head and told her u know what meds she is on because you prescribed them and its in your computer. That ended the consultation, yet they charge me an addition $120.00 for this duplication of ineptness. After I picked up my dog and over paid the scammers, my dog had not been drained properly and I scheduled an appt with a new vet who took out 3 liters of fluid from her abdomen. The funny thing is, Spring Creek told me that this fluid drawing would have to be done every week or so and my dog had less than 3 months to live. Well, the new vet drained her properly and the fluid NEVER came back. On top of that, I know my dog will eventually die, for she is almost 15 now. But to diagnose her and say she has less than three months to live when that was eight months ago, DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE AT ALL. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED I PLACED MY TRUST IN THESE PEOPLE. MORE DISAPPOINTMENT THAT I HAVE EVER PLACED MY TRUST IN WITH RESPECT TO A LOVED ONE. DO U UNDERSTAND HOW THAT MEAKES SOMEONE FEEL. IT MAKES THEM FEEL U HAVEN'T A CLUE WHAT U ARE DOING OR IT MAKES THEM FEEL ONE IS BEING SCAMMED. To have me pickup my dog after a drawing and she is still fill of liquid, I knew right away I was being scammed when you said she needed draining every week or so. I also knew I was being scammed when you charge me extra for a consulting fee, asking me questions that you already knew the answer to and urged me to get my dog over to have her drained than the four hours later the was originally scheduled. You have lost my trust and I shall NEVER enter ur building again. I get the corporate bull crap. It's all about the money. I don't trust others with my loved ones when money seems to be the primary objective. I don't trust anyone that failed at drawing my dog of her fluids while another vet did a far better job than u did. And u know what else....u played me again over my dogs ears. The staff here is great, they understand Odins anxiety and behavioral issues. They have not tried to pressure me into buying "their" dog food or scolded me for the choice foods I buy for him. They are very understanding and kind. The prices here are generally higher than other cities in the area but that should be expected as it is Jackson where the cost of living is higher and rent is out of control. You are getting great quality care here. Odin has come here for general check ups, vaccinations and a teeth cleaning. All visits have been positive and have gone well. I will continue to bring Odin here for scheduled appointments as they have earned my trust and I appreciate that the most.

The staff was welcoming and reassuring. But here is the most remarkable aspect of this clinic - as we continued our journey we had to call the clinic 2x AFTER HOURS AND THEY ANSWERED!!! Less than 1 hour after we left we sent emails and left voicemails and nothing, no response. Basically after hours at night or on Sunday they will hold your dog hostage and not respond. No answer was provided from the owner on if he received our voicemails or emails. We showed up before the owner arrived the next morning and our dog was covered in pee. And the owner demanded his $24 before even releasing the dog. Unbelievable. You can't even see the place your dog will stay because you are not allowed in the back for "insurance reasons". If you are ok leaving your dog hostage in what amounts to a cold & noisy kennel go for it. I would rather sleep in the car with the dog than leave her there one more night.

I went to the facilities for a tour. When I was there I noticed the dogs were sad looking and…read morenervous. They were laying on cement without even a mat or toys to keep them company. I didn't see any staff interacting with them and didn't even seem excited to be there. Prices were high and so were the add on prices. I wasn't impressed in the least. I found a much better place to leave my precious fur babies with where the staff was happy to be there and lots more for the dogs to do and the prices were more in line. Every time we arrive at our boarding facility our dogs are so happy to be there they sometimes even forget to say bye to us. They take the dogs on walks to the park, down by the greenbelt, and have so many more service options and discounts for multiple pups staying together.
