You have the option of pick-up or drop-off. Since the boxes were already loaded in my truck, I opted to drop-off. The young lady said she would stay around instead of closing for lunch if I was on my way (how nice is that?). The location is easy to find. They came out and unloaded the boxes for me (they were a bit heavy). They charged me by the box rather than by the pound (which saved me some money). The staff was very helpful & friendly. I called Brad and made and appointment. He comes with a large shredding truck and does everything on site so you can watch. My son took out all the Rubbermaid's with the paperwork out to the curb and Brad cued up the truck and shred it all! It was fast, reasonable and gave you peace of mind! Brad said all the paper gets recycled into new paper and saves a lot of trees! How about that for helping with the environment!
