When we arrived I proceeded to use my own personal ladder to climb up and examine the roof. The entire front 3 feet was rotten, and had been marked in red as such. I called a friend who works on Campers, and he said about $3,500 to repair it. They offered to take off $200. I demanded a refund of my deposit and left. We drove 10 hours from the mountain on NC to purchase this XLR 18, 2017 model.

Just as some as I took a left turn off there property I meant nothing to them. I got down the road aways about 11/2 hr blew out the left rear inside dual. Called AtoZ to find some help to get the tire replaced. My first call was to the salesman around 2:00pm, 2:30 asked for the tire size 3:30 the asked for my location. I was then told by Hoss its really hard to find someone up there where I was at. AtoZ finally did find someone that would come out and put the spare on which was flat and 13 years old! They let me drive out of there on tires that were r/r/r 10 years old l/s/r 9 years old spare 13 years old and flat. I finally got tire of AtoZ not helping, I made one call and had someone there to replace the tires with in the hour Hoss said they called the same company and that they didn't answer. Hunters Mobile Tire repair . The $2000.00 deposit didn't go to get the camper ready.The old tires not enough fuel in it to get home didn't even fill it up, they were concerned enough to drain the propane tank before I left. My take on A to Z RV as in there name there's a lot missing no resources to help someone along side the road not much on safety concerns. They did feel guilty said how sorry they were sent me $100.00 for the $800.00 bill .

Ruined our entire trip and totally could have been avoided if they had just done the work that was requested.

It was not easy deciding to sell our motorhome since we enjoyed it for many years so we took the weekend to decide. Back on Monday, Dayana helped us make the final decision and made the process very easy. She had the appraisers look at our RV, offering some insight into it's condition. Dayana gave us some options, discussed the financial details and was very patient with us as we decided which would be our best option. Again, this was not an easy decision, but Dayana made it pleasant and uncomplicated. I will follow this review up once the unit is sold and I have no doubt that PPL will do its best to make it happen.

Earl diagnosed the problem with two faulty air conditioners on my RV. One was covered by the…read moremanufacturer's one year warranty and the other was covered by an extended warranty I purchased at the RV dealership. While awaiting the two brand new air conditioners to arrive Earl set me up with the portable AC unit you see in the photo. He also handled ordering the two new AC units, plus filling out the warranty-related paperwork and installation. I have used Earl several times for RV-related issues. He's always been very helpful. He charges a reasonable price for professional repair service.

Ms.Charlie in consignments gets 5 stars from me. going thru camping here was an awful experience,…read moreotherwise. gave me an offer, on my dads camper. when things turned out not so good for him. I asked to speak with them about the offer. I called continued to call numerous times and weeks went by and months. no return call. I left messages.we had decided to pull out camper and not do consignment. but when we had everything lined out to take, I got a call. it was sold. but nothing progressed and no call. so we lined up to get camper. then another call it had sold again. begrudgingly we took the offer. big loss on my dads camper for us. he hadn't driven but 200 miles on it and lived in it for 2 months. but this time Charlie called me and followed up every step of the way! she is great and very helpfu. so if you find yourself in a consignment , make sure you ask for her! I highly recommend Charlie for anything you need in Summer field Fl. as for the rest.... eh... I pray if they want to grow their business and keep customers that they treat Charlie right, as she is a bright spot in their sorely needed customer service!!

Our visit to Camping World in Summerfield Florida started off well…read more We were connected with the nicest salesman, a real gentleman named Deacon. We were and are extremely happy with him and should we go back there which is not likely at all, we would want him again as our salesman.. We picked out a used Jayco trailer and during our talk with the sales manager, he and we agreed to an OUT THE DOOR price of $17,500. We gave them a $3000 deposit and expected our new balance to be $14,500 when we returned to get our trailer in two more days. To our DISGUST when we returned to get our trailer we learned that we now owed roughly $17500 once again... this was after our $3000 deposit which meant that the out the door price went from $17,500 to $20,500.... We told the sales manager we just want our $3000 back and we don't want to buy the trailer but he wanted to talk it over and show us how much they have invested in the trailer and the reason why it would cost me substantially more money. He now said there was no way he could let us have the trailer for a TOTAL of $17,500 (as promised) but that he would generously split the $3000 difference with me which would make us pay an additional $1500 above the $17,500... of course my wife wanted the trailer so I agreed to pay the difference. As you can imagine, we left very upset with our trailer which we are happy with. We wanna mention once again Deacon was a very good salesman and a total gentleman just in case you still want to buy from this dealership. Also, they connected us with the Bank of Montreal (BMO) for our financing and they were a nightmare to work with - they were so bad we refinanced right away.... Obviously we don't recommend BMO either.... One final note, as part of their appreciation for buying the trailer they gave us 21 free nights at Ocean Canyon Resorts and after reading the horrible reviews on these resorts, we learned that people that stayed there frequently reported aggressive sales tactics, high upfront and maintenance costs, and facility maintenance issues.... Apparently they want you to buy a site there and their aim is to persuade you to do that.
