The windows that we paid for that were not fixed (closure arm) and the corner molding piece is missing now.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! If I could give Optimum RV a negative number I certainly would. Suffice it to say that our RV unit has been with them for OVER ONE YEAR now... We have paid them $4964.44 in payments (including an extended warrantee they recommended) and still the work on the unit has not been completed. We took it to them in Sept 2024... In August 2025 we were told all had FINALLY been completed. When we went to check it out - nothing we could see had been completed and the had torn up the counter area around the sink. We paid for all new window closure units - none were replaced. We paid for the fridge to be repaired - part of which was submitted on a warrantee claim. Not working. The unit was covered in mud so obviously had been keep outside in a non-covered area for the past year. And yes, you read that right - it's been over a year in their system. To make matters worse... One of their employees called us to "resolve the issues". Come to find out that the main reason for his call was to get us to pay for an undercarriage spray job for an additional $700. To say this is a nightmare would be an understatement. DO NOT bring your unit here!!! Plain and simple.

NEVER but from here! PAYOFF of trade in takes over 30 days they cannot follow up on their customer service - takes 3 managers to finally get 1 to do something.. sad! I'VE HAD BETTER SERVICE AT FAST FOOD! The rv was delivered with fridge left on killed the battery. They never checked the hook up, it was totally wrong, and I had to make the drive 2 times back to 2 THEM with these gas prices for THEIR MISTAKES?! NO FOLLOW UP OR CUSTOMER SERVICES, ACCOUNTING OR SALES! HORRIBLE TRAINING ON THE FLOOR

This place was GREAT. From the sales people to the financial people. Even the managers. No pressure to buy but they work with you. I went in to look at a specific RV. They really worked with me on the price and I was able to purchase it. I had no idea I would walk out of there owning my RV. Loved ringing the GONG They really amazed me. Thank you for helping me in the purchase of my next RV, 3 rd, in my life. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will go back again.

Honestly, I went in kind of skeptical after reading some reviews online, but after finding out the place is under new management, that totally made sense -- and I ended up being pleasantly surprised. Their inventory is massive -- acres of RVs in every size and style you can imagine. Everything was clean, organized, and well-kept. The front desk was decked out with Halloween decorations, which gave it such a fun, welcoming vibe right from the start. The staff were awesome across the board. Chase helped us out, and he was genuinely great -- friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. You could tell he actually believes in what he's doing. There was zero pressure, and he knew his stuff inside and out. It's clear they hold their team to a high standard when it comes to professionalism and product knowledge. The receptionist was really sweet and offered us drinks and snacks. There was a little play area off to the right with a cartoon on for the kids, which made it easy to focus on the paperwork without worrying. The GM was honestly the one who sealed the deal for us. He came by to check in, listened to our questions, and reassured us that we'd be taken care of -- and you could tell he meant it. He was professional, down-to-earth, and just really good with people. You can tell he runs a tight ship. (Also... not bad to look at, just saying ). They offered in-house financing, which we didn't need, but it's nice knowing they're established and solid enough to do that. And they even had treats for the dogs -- which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience just felt good -- comfortable, professional, and genuinely kind. If you're shopping for an RV anywhere in Florida, this is the place. Great selection, great people, and a great overall vibe.

We had a really great experience with the dealership, especially considering it's pretty large. When we've worked with larger dealerships before and struggled to get financing for our dream RV due to being self-employed, they would give up on us as soon as there was a little bit of resistance from the bank. However, that was not the case here. They worked with their banks while we worked with ours, and even though they could've made more money if we went with their bank, we were able to get such a great interest rate with ours that they were more than happy for us to do that and encouraged it. Travis stayed in touch with us constantly through the process, letting us know what was happening. He was able to work with us on timing and when we'd be able to get up there and even works hard with the maintenance crew for us to be able to get in in time to pick it up for Mother's Day weekend. When we got to the dealership, the receptionist was so sweet with our daughter and gave her coloring pages and markers and let her sit and relax in the office. The drop off crew was efficient and helped us get the appraisal done quickly for our trade in. Travis walked between all the parties regularly to make sure that we are being taken care of and in the finance crew made signing the paperwork, simple and efficient. The walk-through crew was just superb. Steven and Nikki answered all of our questions and even stayed to help us move things from our trade-in to our new RV even though we told them that it was OK if they didn't. All I can say is that our experience was completely different than what other others have said they had. I'm not trying to minimize their experience, but I definitely think that you should give this dealership a try.

My husband and I just purchased a Destination travel trailer. We worked out a sweet deal. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable especially Mr. Graves. Financing went smoothly and we received a fair interest rate. We love it

I get all my car needs met here, such as batteries (comes with 3 year warranties which I can attest to as I have had one replaced in the past year while 2 years into the warranty), spark plugs, cabinet air filters, windshield wiper and etc - I even got my intake hose at O'Reilly after learning that it had become cracked in Cali. To me, O'Reilly is dependable, nationwide, and cost effective - so wherever I go there'll be one to help me out in sticky situations. This one I visited today got me out of a pickle of a situation, and I am ever so grateful. Plus, service is always helpful and friendly, so it's a great place to go and learn more if you ever get curious. Here is a before and after photo of my headlights. It has been an agenda of mine for YEARS to restore it after watching motivational light restoration videos on Youtube. However, it wasn't until I couldn't stand it anymore and started sanding with a 140 grit sand paper did I realize what trouble I had gotten myself into. I had purchased a Meguiar's PlastX at a heavily discounted price at an Amazon liquidation store, and after using it - I found out that it did not do as advertised. I should've gotten the hint that it was not a good option seeing that sanding was not in the directions of the bottle. Alas, a choice to make, which was 1.) to either leave it be, or 2.) try and fix it with whatever motivation I have left and whatever is the cheapest available at O'Reilly's. After consulting the internet (youtube) showed me that there are a couple of options at O'reilly's that I could get, I boiled it down to Turtle Wax Headlight Lens Restoration Kit - T240KT. Priced at 12.99 - it was the perfect thing that could help me with the mess I had already made. This was a last resort, and I am happy to report that my headlight lens restoration project was a success! Although, please follow the directions - I had made some errors (1. using microfibre instead of cotton first and using the clear liquid instead of the white liquid first) and even though it came out nice, I think using the white bottle instead of the clear bottle first would've made it much better. I would say, however, this is more of a one time use product, unless you can get the wipes separately, since the wipes made a big difference in the quality of work.
