However, my most recent experience was not good and hopefully it was a one-off. I stopped in to browse on a Saturday. I did not recognize any of the women working there (4 ladies), which is unusual because there's usually someone I'm familiar with. Anyhow, I was in the store for probably 15-20 minutes and no one greeted me, no one asked if I needed any help (even though one staff person was right beside me a few times putting clothes back on the rack). At first I was surprised and thought that I should say something to them, like "hey how are you doing" etc. However, they never stopped talking amongst the 4 of them - so much so that if I had said anything I would have felt like I was interrupting them! It was very disappointing and unusual - they didn't even take time to say have a good day or anything when I left. There was a Desigual t-shirt that I wanted to try on and purchase but I decided I wasn't going to give them my business since I had felt unwelcome and ignored. I went home and ordered online. Like I said, hopefully this was a one-off and they were all just having an off day.

Today, like the last few times I have been to your store, the same bratty little sales associate has been there. Today, July 30, the young lady with brunette hair tucked up in a bun was a nightmare. Now, I am not a stickler for customer service, but for the love, child, say hello to your patrons. I had my hands full of merchandise and not once did she ask if she could start me a dressing room. I had to run out during my "try-on" session and still nothing. She didn't check on me once and I was so annoyed by the end of trying things on, the pieces I liked I chose not to purchase. All she had to do was acknowledge me. I guess my $400.00 just wasn't welcomed. I'm not sure that I will visit any more after my last few experiences. There are plenty of other boutiques in the Third Ward and around Milwaukee who are much more accommodating and welcoming to their customers.

We started in the beauty section and I immediately found clearance hair clips/claws that were cute and a great deal. My friends were having a great time looking for items and when one of them decided to try some things on I decided to look a bit harder and found two pairs of jeans- that is not something that normally happens! Not only did the jeans fit great but they were $20 and $24 which in my mind is a great price especially considering they'd be $70-100 regularly. We also browsed the shoes and I happened to find the perfect pair for a wedding I had coming up, so of course I grabbed them. On top of the other finds I also found a small toy for my dog. I ended up with two sets of hair claws/clips, two pairs of jeans, a pair of heels and a dog toy for under $100. While we only interacted with the staff at the register they were also nice and my friends and I all ended up finding a few items here.
