The day of the event Francesca arrived on time and started preparing the meal right away. She came very prepared and had everything she needed to prepare the meal. We had set times for the appetizers for arriving guest to enjoy and a set meal time for the entrees. Everything was prepared on time. Francesca prepared a large table full of beautiful appetizers inside our home and a buffet-style lunch in the backyard. All my guests were blown away by the presentation, taste and quality of her food. Her food complimented our party design. Francesca is friendly, timely, well prepared and her food is delicious. If you're sick of all tiramisu tasting the same, you gotta try this. The sauce on top seems to be a spicy mayo and was pretty good. Also this is only good fresh. I tried it again the next day and the polenta got very mushy and the seafood smell amplified.

It was very difficult to get a hold of her during the initial process, but within 3 wks from the event, communication finally began a breeze. They even created a signature plated appetizer of Peruvian ceviche, which was a hit! The taste of the food overall was a solid 4 stars, but I was very disappointed with the servers and extremely dismayed with the cake cut. We had a choice of steak, chicken or fish for each guest. The servers were confused of what plate went to whom despite us providing them with these specifics in advance. Thus, I had to answer several questions during my wedding reception. Most disappointing was the cake. HALF of it didn't get served! They cut TINY portions for each guest, and much of our delicious cake was wasted, and nearly ALL the guests were wishing to have a second slice. In addition , clean up began much earlier than anticipated which instinctively lead guests to think it was time for them to leave. I was not happy with this at all. The brunch the following day, occurred in a timely matter, and the food was excellent.

The sushi trays were so pretty. We had a few guests ask for his info so they could also use him. 10/10 would recommend. The only thing I'd change for next time is not ordering early because the avo did brown a bit in our fridge since we had to store them a few hours early and made the presentation iffy.
