When I picked up the vehicle, my seats still had a lot of visible stains, which was underwhelming, to say the least. Especially given the fact that prior to the cleaning, they reached out to ask if there were any specific areas of concern; to which I shared that the overall condition of the seats and smell of the vehicle were my top priorities. In my attempts to follow up with the company regarding the quality of their service, communication with the staff was frustrating and it was hard to get in touch with anyone to discuss the issues. Two days after the service, I noticed that the two center AC vents were completely smashed inside. I sent videos of the damage and they denied responsibility; They provided little to no evidence regarding the condition of the vents before they cleaned the car. I even followed up with old screenshots clearly showing the vents intact. Instead of addressing the issue, the manager finally called me and threatened to forward everything to the police as if I was at fault. Definitely not the experience I expected. I won't be returning. Especially given the high cost for their service.

My boyfriend reached out to several shops in hopes of getting the repairs completed just to find out the damages that were made to the vehicle are worth thousands. This company was made aware of the situation and promised to make it right... then turned around and said "it's bad business to refund". The refund would've been $400. Which is WAY less than the actual cost of the damage. We would've been fine with the simple refund because that could've been put towards to repair. DO NOT go to this shop. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly incompetent when it comes to proper customer service. HIGHLY suggest finding a better shop than this one. You've been warned! Previously reviewed on google as well and the business responded by disregarding my response due to me not "being present when the service was performed". When in fact I was there at the time of the car pick up and shook the hand of the owner. Once again this place is unprofessional in the way they handled not only our situation, but others just like it. It would've been fine if they just were honest and took accountability for their mistake. Yes this is truly a hand car wash experience and they mostly do a very good job at cleaning my whole car in detail. They seemed pretty detailed oriented, washing and wiping all the nooks and crannies. I also love the plastic rocking chairs! There's a shaded sitting area where we can wait and it's definitely needed since the wash itself takes a while especially inside and outside cleaning. The waiting area makes the experience kinda cozy and relaxing. I would suggest avoid coming here in the weekends unless you arrive at opening around 8am. The wait is just too long any other time. If you come here on a weekday afternoon around 1:30 pm there's usually no wait at all! The wash is decently priced and costs a fraction of those mobile car washes. My water bill also sky rocketed so this is an excellent alternative for me. My only complaint is that on busy days there's oil residue or streaks on my windows and my theory is that if you come on busy days, they run out of towels and start recycling l the dirty ones.
