Our Nissan Ariya had minor body damage. We were told it would take 10 days when we signed the contract & denied a rental car because of this. It ended up taking 41 DAYS... so we lost an entire month of our car payment/insurance on top of the cost to fix the car. During this 41 days, communication from Gerber was nonexistent unless we called them first asking for an update. Our vehicle is electric & they also somehow drained the battery while working on our car..? So we had to go out of our way to drop off a charger for them.
