The washes there were always to my satisfaction & if it wasn't they would have you run your vehicle through again until you were satisfied. Now this facility is called, "CLEAN VIEW AUTO WASH" and still they do a very good job in making sure my vehicles are clean, however.... I just purchased their monthly membership for unlimited washes for $34.99 & after a few months of the service I had to cancel my membership due to budget restrictions. First of all, you are supposed to be able to cancel online, when I tried it kept telling me there was no such account. So, I contacted them via email to cancel & 2 days later I received a response from them offering another membership at a lower cost. I explained to them that I was not interested & to please cancel my membership. Again, another response for a different membership, this aggravated me because I know all I wanted to do was CANCEL the membership, if I wanted to lower it, I would have requested that already. Another email sent to them telling them my aggravation to just cancel the membership, which finally the District Manager, Daniel Brown stated in the email, "Though we are sad to see you go, I have canceled your membership. You will receive no further billings." 5 days later I have charged/withdrawn from my bank account the $34.99 membership once again. They do a good job in cleaning your car/truck, but I will never get their membership again & I will tell others not to either because of all the hassle you have to go through just to cancel the membership! **Just so you know, we had to go up to the location with are car, membership numbers & card we used for payment to get our refund. At least we got that back! MEMBERSHIP AT THIS COMPANY?? NEVER AGAIN!!

I told them not to wipe my car because I didn't want them to scratch the paint. It use to be a good soft touch wash without human interaction, but is no longer the case. Of course a lot of that has to do with having the monthly plan. My only issue is that they aren't enough vacuums at times. If I'm not mistaken there are only 4 or 5 and so on busy days you have to spend your time waiting and there is definitely no space to do that. Other locations have double that I've been to.

Club members have a sticker on the windshield that gets scanned and we went right into the line. There wasn't much of a wait. It's a relatively quick wash. Two people pre-wash, and then two people dry. Vacuums worked well and had enough reach to get the job done. The car is looking much better now! If you didn't pay attention before you pulled in, that's on you. Paul's is fantastic. You drive up to the machine, tell it what sort of car wash you want, slide your credit card, and follow directions. No muss, no fuss, no bother. The (usually dudes) hose your car off at the beginning, and after that it's all automated. The blower blow drying the car dry at the end is FIERCE. I would say may car is 97% dry when I pull away. And the machine is even polite enough to tell you when to drive away. So, if you want a good automatic car wash with a minimum of hassle, Paul's is your place.
