I clean it, wash it, change the oil, change the brakes, - yeah, you get the point. Well, there is only so clean you can get a car (especially considering the weather) yourself without the assistanced of a professional. I chose this place because it is closest to my parents house and I had heard that this kind of service is a 'whole day' type of thing. I dropped off my car in the hairiest (thanks to my wonderful dog), dirtiest, just plain most disgusting condition that my car has ever been in. and for $99 I got it back looking brand spankin new on both the in and out side. It even smelled particaularly amazing : ) I'm completely happy and will definitely go there again.

STOP DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR! Inexperienced workers…read more Left polish in every single crack of my car. Polish all over the plastic and chrome trim. Very sloppy work done, very careless. POWER WASHED MY CLEAR COAT OFF! Stay away from these dudes. Everything about this service was terrible. When the owner realized I wasn't happy tried to hand me 40$ back. Very unprofessional from the second he quoted me a price. He referred to me as "Ziebart guy", because his prices where the same. Not "better pricing" as in other reviews stated. If I could give NO stars I would. I'm warning you stay away.

A used car with 9,000 miles. An exceptional used luxury car indeed. I received Mercedes relatively clean with very little usage. OMG! When I arrived at Marlon's shop my car gleamed in the sunshine! Marlon applied a sealant to the canvas convertible top which looks amazing as well!! Your value of work is perfect! THANK YOU MARLON! We will see you for Mercedes' general cleaning & upkeep.

Incomplete work, high price. I will never return. I paid…read more$600 for detailing my pickup truck. Did not do what was promised. Refused to do the work promised, gave excuses. You can see where they missed treating the paint. Windows were wiped on the interior side but left streaky, not clean. Chrome was not done and plastic was poorly treated if at all. Workmanship was substandard, especially considering the price. Chrome: particularly the wheels. Before: Dave pointed at them and said he'd take care of them. After: He said chrome isn't included in the $600 price. He claimed he meant the wheels would be "washed", and that's all they did. Still brake dust on the chrome wheels. Never said there was a more complete package that would actually include the chrome. Black plastic trim. Before: Dave said it would be back to black, not the stuff you buy in the auto parts store. What they use is better. It will be black I was told. After: It looked grey like it hadn't even been treated. Dave said if the plastic soaks up the treatment there's nothing he can do about that. Refused to do anything more. My trim is not black. I have used more effective black plastic treatments for auto parts stores. Use a better product or at least wipe the plastic one more time. Excuses and refusal is all I got. Did not even come close to delivering what was promised.

Mr. Andrew James came to my home quoted the job, i accepted, and set a date of service for, Acid Wash, Surface Oxidation Removal, on my personal watercraft. $ 302.50 The young man he sent out, worked very hard. After quite some time the worker told my wife and I," that it looks like a polish job, and it was on the house "!!! I explained to him, we don't work that way and monies would be paid accordingly. Mr. James came back at the request of his worker as the job was not going well as planned. I was told it would be complete per our agreement. After the worker had left, Mr.Andrew James called an asked how it looked. I told him it was shiny, but the oxidation still remained. He demanded i pay for a complete job. I offered $150.00 for a polish job. Not good enough, Mr. James demanded the monies in full. Being the bigger person i paid in full, with hopes Mr.Andrew James, would invest the money for more training and education on oxidation removal. Its not the $ 302.50 but the principle !!
