Usually I am someone that leaves positive reviews and am easy to please. However that is not the case this time. I just used this company for the first and definitely the last time. It's long but informative...After reaching out less than 24 hours later, I was told I'm lying after simply communicating my disappointment with the service on top of being being charged extra for pet hair which they insisted my truck had. My dog is grey and doesn't ride in the vehicle. There was definitely hair (my own blonde hair which if you know anything about blonde hair it breaks and leaves small hairs behind) But not dog hair. Other than ONE that was identified that was from visiting a friends house. I paid the extra plus left a tip due to knowing the job was in depth (I have 3 children 2 that play football and baseball. This, is not even what bothered me the most... I did not inspect the vehicle before Jake left, my own mistake. However when I did look in the vehicle I was dissatisfied. There were 2 areas specifically that caught my attention. Along with the door jams being left untouched, not even wiped, dirt still on the brake pedal, and the entire middle center console was untouched.. Jake made sure to take plenty of videos to "prove" his efforts, conveniently choosing angles to leave out the areas he clearly left untouched. I can't say untouched, because in the video you can clearly see the items are moved (chapstick standing up) and then trash not shown. I was not asking for return of payment or anything just simply expressing my unhappiness with the missed areas. They were defensive and didn't attempt to make it right, told me I "lied to Jake's face" I informed them I would be leaving an honest review to which I was told was illegal because I'd be lying, which I most certainly am not. Stay clear of this company. Editing to add she, or whoever runs the Facebook page has now sent a cease and desist "letter" for me saying I would write an honest review. I am genuinely appalled at this type of behavior. I am also adding something I just noticed... in the after videos the cup holders are clear. When I opened the door to get in today, there were now 2 toys there, meaning he moved them for photos then put them there after. Just such unprofessional behavior. read more

Probably the most rude and shyster service out there. They quote you one price and then they come back out and add on dollars on the way there and then when they arrive. Very aggressive and condescending Mail that tries to put you in your place by talking down to you. This is not a car detailing service. Wish I could add screenshots because that would explain this easily but here's the conversation I had with "Tiff's Scrubs" which was really the guy that came to clean the car (and clearly has a chip on his shoulder). Also note, the stains were not all removed but I wanted to be positive as well and not just say we were unhappy because I do appreciate the hard work. Clearly, that didn't matter. I also tipped him (in hindsight, I shouldn't have!) and didn't request any money back. Just gave feedback. Also, this person clearly can't read well because I said my children weren't home and they argued they saw me take them to school haha. Also, no it's not illegal to sing, obviously. But singing "n-word this" and "pu$$y" that - maybe not the most professional thing to be singing?? Just saying... Me: Hi, thank you for the quick service my mom's car. I just wanted to send a little feedback. The worker you sent was nice but smelled strongly of weed, was singing loudly to inappropriate music (thankfully my kids weren't home), and left the seats and floors absolutely soaking wet. I would have assumed that the wet/dry vac he had would have been used to soak up some of that water. The seats do look nice and I appreciate the work he did, but I am definitely disappointed this time around. Again, I appreciate the quick availabilty and the inside does look nice, but wanted to send the feedback because if it was my company, I would want to know. Take care. I had a disappointing experience with this cleaning service. The cleaning itself was subpar, and the issue started when I noticed the island was still clearly sticky. When I pointed it out, instead of just acknowledging the oversight, the cleaner got into an argument about it. It was frustrating because it was an obvious problem that needed attention, and yet, he kept deflecting by giving me unsolicited life lessons about karma. I admit, it's my fault for not checking everything before he left--I tend to be trusting, but in hindsight, I should have been more thorough. Still, the way he handled it wasn't great. Look, I understand that no one is perfect, and it's okay to miss a spot here and there, but the attitude and the back-and-forth made the whole situation worse. He also had this weird obsession with my cameras, repeatedly suggesting I check them. I did check, and after reviewing the footage, it was clear that the area was never revisited after the initial cleaning. Going over an area doesn't actually mean it's cleaned, and it was disappointing that he didn't just own up to the mistake and fix it. The entire interaction just felt unnecessary and unprofessional. A simple apology and a touch of humility would've gone a long way. Additionally, he blocked me, took the complete amount and never showed up to clean my car. He knew that I will be leaving the city and said will not honor my car cleaning till next week. Additionally he took pictures of our house and posted it without our permission. Yesterday (12/18/24), I had my car interior detailed and the car was left with soaking wet seats and floors. I expected it to be damp and somewhat wet after the cleaning but this was beyond believable. It was a gift from my adult daughter so I feel bad having to complain about it but this was not a good service and no where close to professional. The man arrived on time and most stains were removed (not all) but I could live with that; what I can't let pass is the end result of thoroughly soaked seats and floors. Obviously he did not use a water extraction tool or even towels to blot some of the water when he was finished. My daughter reached out to the company in a very respectful manner and was told she was a liar (in a text message) and was blocked from further communication. I've become used to bad service but this is even below that. I wish I would have gotten his name but I did not. There was much lacking in the worker's performance, but I'll stick to the end result of the service my daughter purchased for me. It was below subpar if there is such a thing. And her treatment by this company when she provided respectful feedback for the job is mind boggling. Don't waste your money on this service. I'll be happy if my car dries out without getting mold in the seats and floors. I doubt it matters in this era but I'll also be reporting the Better Business Bureau. read more

I should have came to Yelp to read reviews first ‍ FB led me to believe this company was legit and did great work. I originally scheduled an appointment in March and drove from Lansing to Auburn Hills. I messaged when I had arrived and after a few hours AFTER my appointment I was told they were running late. I said I would need to reschedule then as I had dinner reservations downtown Detroit for 5pm and they said they'd be done at their current job by 4 and could meet me there... Never showed. That should have been my warning to run! The next day I was sent an apology and that they would reschedule. Fast forward to October and I saw posts of them stating someone had issues with a person of color cleaning their car and hearing this made me want to support their business even more, so I messaged about making an appointment for a Friday morning and was told they'd arrive at 9am. I told my parents I'd be out to their house and that I made this appointment. My father then asked if they would be able to do his vehicle as well, so I messaged them and they said yes. A gentleman described in another review here showed up closer to 9:30. No big deal. He smelled of weed. Again, not a big deal as I'm not judging. My dad opens his vehicle door and the guy says "oh there's dog hair, we charge an up barge for that so it's $130"... I said that's odd as I read on their FB page their not charging extra for dog hair anymore... then I go to grab my phone and he tells me that was only a 21 day deal back in May... it did not say it was only for a specific amount of time. Immediately I started to feel like a bait and switch. My dad came to me and said he can't afford an extra $50 especially when his vehicle was just vacuumed and he only had the dog in it for 1 day and really only wanted the service for the shampooing in hopes it would help the new to him vehicle smell better. That's when the guy said both vehicles actually weren't that bad and he'd do them for $80 like their post says... fast forward and the guy spend just over 2 hours total for both vehicles to have a deep clean he said he was needing to get to the next job and left very quickly. My dad is handicap and requires a Walker or cane so by the time he was able to come outside the guy was long gone. We looked at our vehicles and were in shock! This place is a joke!! My mom took pictures and messaged them privately about how upsetting the service was. They blocked her without any remedy. No apology, didn't offer to send someone out to fix it, not one word! Just blocked. So I went onto the FB page under my vehicles post where they show off the work and posted some of the photos of disgust and said how angering it was to give him a $20 tip for such a horrible job. Again, no words exchanged, no offering to fix it, just blocked! These people steal your money and run. It seems a class action lawsuit needs to be made so we all get our money back. My backseat was folded up when he started. He put it down leaving debris so he didn't have to even vacuum it. Didn't move anything else to vacuum and didn't shampoo any of the back. My main reason I told him I wanted to get it detailed was due to me allowing someone to borrow it and spilling a drink. Where that mess was, was not touched at all. Sticky, not even touched. Back wasn't shampooed, nothing. I myself could have done a better job all around for free. I definitely got, GOT! Plus pray others don't do the same. I just want to come on here and leave a honest review since they shut their reviews off on their business page. I had Tiff Scrubs come and do my car and well they did a poor job. They didn't clean up everything , still was left with dirt and hair everywhere. I had to sit and blow dry my seats for 2 1/2 hours because they were soaking wet, they put my wet mats on my wet floor and told me that it was okay because they were "dry before they left" but they were wet. They put this greasy oil crap all over which is fine but they got it all over the outside of my car. I wasn't going to post it but when I personally messaged them they started to become aggressive/hostile and practically blamed me and threatened me if I posted it anywhere, it just didn't sit right with me. Once I posted a review on Facebook they got very upset and accused me of being racist and posted it publicly on their page. I come from a small business family and when you mess up , you apologize and fix it to the best of your ability. This Mobil auto detailing company advertises with a young lady posing with an Oxford Police car and officer. I contacted her scheduled an appointment. She stated it was $80 and weather would not be a concern. The day of the appointment they said they would not arrive on time could they change from 11-1pm to 5-7pm, I declined and they said they understood and would arrive closer to 1pm. They never showed. Later texted employee was stuck, and offered to Reschedule for 7am following day. 7am Tiffs texted "employee had to stop for supplies, he will be there shortly". Employee arrived an hour late at 8:02, in a illegally tinted sedan, with a dark plastic cover over his license plate, stunk of marijuana no company logo and immediately he nearly doubled the price. Refusing to honor agreed on service and fee. He left. I did a follow up with Oxford Police and they advised they use a detailing business in town, this vendor did a complimentary car cleaning only. Tiffs Scrubb's is Ill equipped, not dependable, I wouldn't feel comfortable with a friend or family member being alone with the guy that showed up. They were $80 each and then was told we had to pay a $20 travel fee, $20 for hair, and they only honor GC on the weekends! which none of this was stated on her GC. All 3 apt was awful, come at night, dark, horrible cleaning job, no shows, late, come wreaking of marijuana, seats wet for hours, don't let you know when their done, just leave, excuse after excuse! The owner is rude and talks to you horribly, no customer service and also told me her guys were sacrificing their time to service our vehicles. I didn't know someone that has a business and claims they want to work and help you is sacrificial. So unprofessional in so many ways! I recommend you go else where my last GC was supposed to be today and once again had a LATE text saying equipment failure we will have to come @ 5 instead of 9am and they just assume you have nothing to do but wait on their lies. I have to post my review here because the owner deleted my comment on Facebook ( which is not professional ) She scheduled my clean during a winter storm and when it was completely dark out. The poor guy was freezing and was rushing ( understandable ) It looked nice when he was done ( I mind you it was pitch black outside with freezing cold winds.. I didn't get a good look ) and I made sure he got a nice tip. The next day however, it was horrible looking and I couldn't see out the windows because they looked so bad and smeared. Was it his fault? No. Owners fault? Yes. She should of rescheduled me for a different day, I didn't request a refund or anything but I absolutely wouldn't recommend her. She made her employee freeze for 80$. It was like 20° with freezing winds... I even asked her if she was sure it was safe for him to work and that it looked nearly impossible for working conditions... she didn't care and made him do it anyway, reassuring me it would be fine. I do NOT recommend. If you want a cheap detail, you get what you pay for. She isn't professional in my opinion. Side note: the guy came with a bucket full of dirty rags and had me take it in my house to fill it up.. TO WHERE I COULD SEE AND SMELL THE DIRTY RAGS... I should of turned him away but my truck was so dirty and the price was reasonable so I went with it. They missed multiple parts of my car, including the center console. They used some sort of product on my inside windshield that caused my entire windshield to fog up and I had to windex it off to see. I messaged them about coming back to fix all that they missed, they showed up hours after they said they would and still did a terrible job. But he had no problem taking the SECOND tip I left for the inconvenience of coming back out to fix something that should've been done right the first time. I just saw a post about this company on a community FB group and all of the comments echoed how poor the work quality is. Tiff's performed a service for 2 of my vehicles, both shampoos. They even up-charged for one vehicle because of "excessive condition". The up-charged vehicle had mildly dirty rubber floor mats, but was basically a new vehicle. The after was completely unacceptable and the technician left before I could do a complete walk-through. When contacted, Tiff said the technician did a good job and even bragged he returned jewelry he found (ooh, he didn't steal it?). She then threatened criminal action and a restraining order when I asked if she would refund part of my money. All my messages and interaction was very professional. I have the complete transcript as it was through text message for anyone considering using this unsavory business woman. I have multiple before and after photos of both vehicles for anyone interested. I posted after photos on her Facebook post showing my vehicles and she quickly deleted and blocked me. THESE guys are the real deal! The best price around for detailing, I was suspect. The gentleman came out, texted when he was 10 minutes out and said he was on the way. SUPER prompt and courteous . I have never had a better detail! I have 2 dogs and a husband, my car was trashed. Tiff's Scrubs made it look showroom new and smelled even better! I love that they come to me so I can carry on with my day. They worked for over 2 hours on my car and I cannot believe how amazing it looks. I will use this company again for sure!
