My friend has a membership here so we took advantage of the nice weather earlier this week (remember that? so long ago...as I write this during an ice storm... but I digress) to go get the monthly wash and clean out the car. Club members have a sticker on the windshield that gets scanned and we went right into the line. There wasn't much of a wait. It's a relatively quick wash. Two people pre-wash, and then two people dry. Vacuums worked well and had enough reach to get the job done. The car is looking much better now! We signed up for a monthly subscription for my wifes car. In May of this year we cancelled the plan because my wife it a deer and her car would be in the shop for 2 months. Every month the they still charge my wifes debit card. Every month they say that yes the account is closed and they will contact the person responsible. Now I'm told that i have to the elusive owner and tracking him down is difficult. They have not stopped charging my wife's debit card. What a pain it is to cancel a debit card and have to fix all the auto withdrawal for bills of honest businesses. We had to cancel the debit card to stop the illegal changing Beware of this business. We had to book weeks in advance to clean, it cost us add ons. Took 4 hours for them to be done with the car and we had to point out dirty spots that they had to go over. 2 teenage boys who were quite annoying were the ones in charge. Go to a more professional place that will give you the time of day. read more

A cheap, decent car wash, but a few things would make it better: -Two people need to pre-wash the car, not one. -Two people need to dry the car, not one. -Skip the $1 tire shine, got it yesterday and it did absolutely nothing. Tire shine means black tires should look wet, not dry. read more

Unimpressed. My truck was dirty and also needed the front floor mats vacuumed. I appreciated the free vacuums and seemed to work pretty good. The wash? Well, my tailgate is still filthy. I was hoping to have ALL OF MY TRUCK cleaned. Had to grab a bucket and sponge to clean the tailgate. Plus despite my truck being 'dried' by the staff, my windows were still wet and now dried with spots. I could have just gone to the coin car wash for less than half the price. I have multiple cars on account at Ace auto wash. Been going there for a couple years. We have damage to one of our vehicles. The owner refuses to call me back (now going on 5 weeks) I requested to see a video to prove who was at fault. They say sure no problem. I get a text that the owner will be calling me soon. Then multiple calls saying the owner is planning on calling me. Still have not heard from him or seen the video. We will be taking our business to a more legitimate place of business. My husband went in December and paid for 1 month of car washes. We did not sign up for more. We just found out that this company has been charging our credit card every month since then. They have also increased the amount from $9 to $17.99. We called the company. No one answered. Voicemail was full. Email got sent back. Had to go through my credit card to suspend the charges but I could only get refunded from February until now. They claim January was too far back so now I'm out $9. If you use this company, make sure to double check your monthly credit card statements. Money has been tight for us during Covid and this company just now took $71.97 from us that we did not consent to. Don't go here! read more

I bought a Groupon so I used their services in cleaning both my SUV and car. They did a good job. We have 2 dogs and so a lot of hair too.. they got 99% out. The detailing was good and way better than I expected. They also have a unlimited car wash deal which I think will be of great value during the winter time. Highly recommended!! read more

I've been to this car wash twice. About four weeks ago, as I entered the car wash, there was no attendant so I waited a couple minutes before somebody came. Today, I chose the $7 express wash and the automated teller only gave me $12 back instead of $13. As I entered the car wash, there was an employee at the beginning of the car wash that was in the pit banging on the rail with a hammer. Once I was in the car wash, the entire car wash (with exception of the water) stopped working, so they sent me through the car wash again. I had to wait another two minutes or so for the cars in front of me to go through the car wash. The guy is still banging on the railing with a hammer. Probably won't be back. read more

Ace does not maintain their self service equipment. For they the past 2 weeks, I have tried to use the self service bays. Each time the machine gladly accepts my money but the water does not flow and there is nothing to do but walk away. Makes me curious about their automated equipment. read more

I bought a Groupon for detailing. Tried to set up an appointment, called multiple times, no one answered the phone. I had to go in to set up an appointment. Dropped my SUV off for detailing. They did less than a mediocre job of cleaning both, the exterior and interior, door jams were still dirty, no under body wash. No one really speaks English there. A young kid told me he would give me a free $15 wash if I gave them a good review. I'm guessing that the 5 stars they've gotten here are because they offered free car washes. Best car wash, great staff, and great deals

Went here to get an exterior/interior detail for a 2017 Lexus using a Groupon. Dropped the car off in the morning and arranged my gf to give me ride(s). I spoke with some guy that barely spoke English. I tried giving him my phone number so they can track my Groupon. The guy wrote "9" when I said "8" and wrote "8" when I said "9". I corrected him, but that failed. When I went to pick up the car, they had blamed me that I gave them the wrong number, and that I didn't pick up the phone. They did a piss poor job cleaning the car. It was just washed on the outside, not waxed. They did a shoddy job vacuuming the inside of the car and THAT'S ALL THEY DID. There was still particles in the carpet and hair in some places. They did not wipe down anything at all. Dust everywhere, even some easy to clean stains you can wipe off. It was definitive proof that there was no cleaning done. I brought this up and they offered to do a 5 minute wipe down, as I was in a rush to leave. I let them do it, and it was still a crap job upon further review. I decided to take the loss. Groupon won't refund me money for the poor job. Watch out people. This review is 100% true story. No exaggeration or anything made up. At best, even if you didn't have the correct number for Groupon, you could have given me the benefit of the doubt and cleaned it well, and settle up after. There is no excuse for this poor customer service. Edit after their comment: My story is 100% true. These guys are trying to cover themselves up. Hours worth of work? More like 15 minutes max. The car was NOT wiped down at all. I have no reason to lie. There was definitely still dust, and still basic crap on the seats that could be wiped off with one swoop of a wet rag. I have no reason to lie. Sure, you guys wiped it down after I complained and applied ArmorAll or some detailing liquid to it finally to give it that shine. It should have been applied before I got there. I understand from a business standpoint that you didn't want to do the work because you got the wrong number, but you have my key. I won't screw you. Give the customer the benefit of the doubt and do the work. Just had my van derailed. Worse job ever. They washed it again. Got home I had to vaccum out door tracks and wipe down dash and console.There excuse was that a new employee did it. Horrible. My go to car wash was down so I tried ace. More like a Duce. No blow off 1 guy can barely keep up drying up cars as he has to wipe them all. I was forced to dodge car piling up in front of me so I had dry my own car. Water from the car wash leaving white spots when dried makes it impossible to get it clean. WasTe of money. Groupon says interior but you have to pay more for the carpet. They have young kids cleaning your car. Car still had tree sap on it. They took my the money I had in my drink holder.
