Ok, so it's Sunday morning and most repair businesses aren't working on this day. I mean it's the weekend!! Well the Dent Guy is working!! Junior came to my home today in Oceanside from Bethpage to fix my extended ding on my mustang. Before he started he told me that he would need 15 minutes to make an assessment to see if he could fix it. He told me straight out from the beginning that if he couldn't repair it after the 15 minutes, he wouldn't charge me. Very honest!! A really cool mobile truck too may I add. After spending 20 minutes working on it he came to the conclusion that he can fix it and make it look better. What a hard working honest guy. After about 60 minutes, Junior was finished. It was very easy to schedule an appt. After arriving, the specialist took great care in correcting the dent on my driver side door. It was near the handle so I was worried that PDR would not be effective given the location of the dent. However, with great diligence and technique, he was able to fully remove the dent as well as polish out the scratch in the center of the dent with a polishing compound. He also helped me remove two other long surface scratches using the compound. (Not part of the original job) One on the driver side passenger door and one on the lift gate of my SUV. He also helped me polish out heavy brown rusty water spots that were caked on top of my clear coat on the hood. I was not able to remove them with simple car washes so needed a minimal detailing which the tech provided when he didn't have to. I cannot tell where the dent, scratches, or water spots are anymore after the meticulous PDR. This is the 2nd time I have had to fix a ding and was super satisfied both times with the results. You can buy your own "kits" and attempt a DIY repair, but most of these guys have the right tools (yes, a torch) and the training/certification to do an excellent job. Why risk damaging your car further? It may be a bit pricey for some individuals who use their cars as just a mode of transportation. For me, a car enthusiast, getting blemishes corrected with minimal corrective intervention is well worth it. read more

So I am fairly set on using Yelp to find the services I need, so I find it fit to review the ones I find on here. I had a oversized ding on the rear passenger quarter panel of a 2015 Infiniti QX60 due to a shopping cart. I priced out a repair on it at 2 local auto body shops. Shop 1: $325, Shop 2: $280. I than found "The Dent Guy" on Yelp due to the reviews. I spoke with Omar through phone and text, and he also quoted me a price through the photos I sent him through text, $150. Obviously the price will vary for each job but I was beyond pleased with the price, the question was, could he repair it when the day actually came. So my apt was for 8AM today (8/28/17), Omar was here early which is a great thing better than being late, so +1 for the situation so far. The job took about 45 min to complete and I'm beyond happy. You cannot even tell where the dent was from any angle. Omar is professional, clean cut, prompt, and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend him 100 times over not worrying about putting my reputation on the line for him.
