Programming the Automate shades was a breeze and they work flawlessly. The Pulse 2 Automate app is excellent and the seamless integration of the new motorized shades with the Apple Home app make using the shades using Siri and/or preprogrammed "scenes" effortless. It was as if, "Well, we got your money and too bad one of your powered blinds doesn't work." It took weeks for them to repair and re-install the blind. The installer failed to show for 2 scheduled appointments. A waste of my time as I had to sit around 3 times to finally get the blind installed. So, if you don't care about customer care and you're willing to wait 2 months for the entire process to complete, Blinds To Go of Columbia is the store for you. As for myself, I will never consider that company again for future blinds. Prepare yourself for a snarky, dismissive, and unapologetic experience.
