Our story…read morestarted in November 2020 when LL contracted Lucky Flooring to install our flooring in our downstairs area. This included the kitchen, dining room, living room, and family room. I would like to add that we did not pick Lucky Flooring, LL did. We were not even told that we could choose a contracting vendor. Sometime around spring 2021, we noticed that there was a dip in the kitchen. Lucky Flooring came out to repair the floors. However, they only replaced a board. In 2021, Lucky Flooring came out three times to repair the exact same spot but each time they never actually repaired the floor. They put in quick fixes, like putting down a small piece of wood under the flooring, taping the boards together, etc. After the third "fix" we asked LL for another contractor because we lost faith in Lucky Flooring. In addition, due to their incompetence, that dip in the kitchen started causing the other boards to separate. When we asked LL Flooring for a new contractor, they informed us that if we got a new LL Flooring contractor, we would void our warranty and have to pay out of pocket for the repairs. After several rounds of back and forth, threatening to sue, and talking to management they finally agreed to let us get a new vendor. This whole process took months. During this time, our floors continued to deteriorate. The new vendor was supposed to come out and assess the floors. However, on the day that they were supposed to come out, they told us that LL Flooring canceled their work order. We were told that we should receive a call from LL; however, we never got a call. In the end, we had to sell the house as is with the dip and separating boards. Although, we lost out on profit, we ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY to not be dealing with LL Flooring anymore. The customer service sucks. They do not care that you spend over $12,000 with them. I will never do business with them again.

I went down early because they open early. The store has that new car smell. Fortunately, their website said the nail puller was on aisle 3 so I was able to find it easily. The website is pretty nice and user friendly. The clerk didn't engage much, but that was ok with me. I looked around at some of the colorful tools. I was tempted to pick up some garden tools that I wasn't sure we needed. There's plenty of parking in their shared lot. The store was not busy.

They also have quartz, marble, and other materials including very unique (and pricey) slabs. There are many beautiful slabs that are extremely affordable. I guarantee you will find a slab you will love here and that fits in your budget. The customer service here is excellent! Charlotte took care of us today, answering all of our questions and helped us pick out three slabs. They have cabinet door samples and paint samples to use when you are comparing slabs. Although this is a warehouse it is a very customer-friendly place to shop.

We're an hour away, and I had been trying to get local chimney sweeps and masons to come deal with our house for years. I'd get an estimate, and then no one would follow up. Bone Dry showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, were respectful to my house, property, and people, and cleaned up after they left. We had three different crews come through to address each phase of the work, and everyone was professional, friendly, and communicative. There were a couple of small bumps, but they handled them professionally and quickly. I was, all in all, very pleased with their performance. I'm a building professional myself, and very much appreciate what they do. They're good people, and did a very good job for me. Pricing was reasonable '(this stuff is expensive - brace yourself, but these guys don't overcharge) I'd hire them again without a second thought.

Have used them 3 times. Initially for a roof repair after straight line winds caused damage to our…read moreoriginal roof. Followed up a few years later by issues where moisture was entering our house through an access point and causing damage to our ceiling. They took partial blame for the situation and repaired things with partial charges. Most recently after a storm, they checked my roof and determined it was OK, but a rake board had come loose and the sales rep showed me a video verifying the need for repair. I consented. When they came to do the repair, it wound up being a simple 'nail back in place job', which was not what all I thought it would necessarily be. Combined with a single loose piece of siding that was also nailed back into place, I was charged $665 for a 10-15 minute job that required basically no materials. When I shared my concern that I felt the charge was excessive for the work performed, I was basically dismissed and charged the full amount. I realize I signed the contract, I simply didn't think the job warranted the full charge. I appreciate they got on a ladder and did work I wasn't comfortable or knowledgable enough to do, and felt a slightly lesser charge seemed to make sense for what they did. Guess I will look elsewhere for future jobs after the lack of understanding to work with me.
