The prices were all over the place.i figured that I was going to look at it for another 20 years , so I wanted a good company. I don't want a half ass jobI. I looked at the reviews from yelp. I narrowed it down to 3 companies. Nick was a great. Great quality siding, great workmanship. This company wasn't the cheapest. But, I felt I got a lot of value for my money. The workers were skillful, neat and did not fool around. For two weeks people around my neighborhood were congratulating me for my new house!! The house looks spectacular. I never imagined it was going to to that good. I'm the type of person that likes to review a company really well. Because I don't want anybody to be mislead. I had a great experience, no headaches, no surprises. Smooth sailing!

When I asked them to justify their quote, they couldn't do it. I asked for a copy of the contract that detailed the warranty and they said they don't hold those records so they couldn't provide one. I would seriously have anyone else on the planet do any work for me before I hire AHR again.

Danny is honest, professional, fair, and genuinely a good person. He and his team finished the wall in no time and it looked amazing. For the past 7 years, if I need something done.. I call Danny. He has completed drywall, refinished my wood floors, repaired my ceiling, fixed sinks, doors, installed a fence, and just completed my back patio. What I appreciate about Danny and his team is the fact he takes the time to talk things out, brainstorm, and find the most reasonably priced route. And EVERYTHING that man and his team has completed for me in 7 years is still standing. I have not had one issue with the jobs he has completed. Honestly, he has fixed jobs that I had done when I first moved into my house. I am kicking myself that I did not call him first! If Danny says he will start on Saturday, he will start on Saturday. He communicates with me during the entire project. OH! AND HE CLEANS UP AFTERWARD!!! UNHEARD OF! So if you want a job completed where you do not have to go back to get it fixed again - and you want punctual, professional, courteous, respectful, transparent, fairly priced, QUALITY work done? Based on our conversation it's clear that they both care immensely about their clientele - retained or not. The simple fact that they reached out personally to understand the situation demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction. While there was a missed opportunity in the past, I will absolutely consider them for future projects down the line. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We had a tree severely damage our house and needed extensive repairs. While doing the necessary repairs to the home through insurance we also decided to take the opportunity to remodel our kitchen and dining room areas out of pocket. Magnolia was one of the contractors we brought in for a price quote. The contractor who came out was extremely condescending and belittling - assuming that my wife and I could not afford the cost of the project. On multiple occasions the contractor made unnecessary comments related to the anticipated costs of the remodel - alluding to our assumed inability to afford the scope of the work. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere and couldn't be happier with the outcome of the work done. There are plenty of contractors in the market that will deliver a high quality product without thumbing their nose at you or assuming that they're too good for any job. If you want a company that acts like they're elite but only deliver the same outcome as anyone else - look no further - this is a great choice for you. However, I'd suggest you avoid the holier than thou attitude and find someone who will not only get the job done, but also treat you right.

Steve, the owner, was our project manager. At first, I was hesitant when I learned he sub-contracts most of the work. For our last house, we hired a contractor that did most of the work himself. We had issues back then with uneven tiles, cabinets not correctly aligned, bad grout work, leaky drains. Steve, on the other hand, brings in all professionals to do most the work. He manged the project and also did all the paperwork regarding permits. He has a portfolio of professional contractors that he brought in. Besides the typical plumber and electricians, there was a tile company, carpenter, sheetrock company, glass company, cabinet and trim company just to name a few. And most if not all of them are from neighboring towns like Westfield, Clark, Elizabeth, Union and Newark which helps with timing and staying on schedule. The work they perform were solid. No more leaky drains or uneven floors like our last house. We will not go back to a one person that does all-type of contractor from now on. It's much better working with specialist in their field. Regarding the kitchen reno, we had a wall removed between the kitchen and dining rooms. All new appliances, cabinets, countertops, new tiled flooring and backsplash, recess lighting, and added a 2nd mini kitchen sink. Also new under cabinet floor heating and a glass panel door leading to our basement that Steve recommended. For the master bath, we expanded the size of the corner shower by reducing the size of an adjoining closet, added new vanity, tiles, exhause fan and glass shower door. Steve is very detail orientated. He cares more about the final product rather than getting the job done quick and cheap. Our kitchen and master bath went from looking like 1970s to present day. We have no regrets with using Juzefyk Brothers construction and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.
