I explained on how their website doesnt state not enough information as to when you register online your suppose to show up the following dance class. Than tells me she got confused and changed her whole attitude after I told her I wanted a refund. I'm still currently waiting for that refund she said she would send it 3 days after and it's almost a month now and I haven't received anything. I've called left voice mails and emails and no reply. Horrible

A friend of mine introduced me to Studio Three Dance in August of 2012. My daughter started out in…read morethe combo pre-k class (tap and ballet) with Janell and Traci and she absolutely LOVED it. She is currently in the 5-8 yo hip hop class with Savanna and 5-8 yo ballet class with Janell, and again....she absolutely LOVES it. All the teachers are really nice, welcoming, and skilled, which gives all the students the opportunity to fully enhance and develop with each concentration of dance offered. Studio Three offers tap, hip hop, ballet, lyrical, jazz and ballroom dance for both kids and adults. There are two dance floors and a newly renovated area for the dancers, fully equipped with cubbies for their bags, and an area for dancers to do their homework if they have long days at the studio. My daughter has only been here for a year, but I have to say that she looks forward to dance class every single week. Traci, Studio Three's owner, is such an awesome person....very approachable and very down to earth, and is always looking out for the students' and parents' best interest. Class fees are also very reasonable! Looking forward to many more years with Studio Three!

If I am paying for her to have exercise I would like her to be exercised! I shared the experience with a friend and she recommended a studio and dance instructor (Mr. Andrey) who teaches a class on Ukraine folk dance. My daughter signed up for his summer session and was hooked (and she was out of breath and sweaty). She has taken several group class with Mr. Andrey and both group classes and private lessons with Ms. Erena. What does she like about the instruction, the teachers are demanding yet fun. They encourage development in the dancers. They set the expectations high though are reasonable, this is not a competition. There is a traditional code of conduct for ballet and they expect the dancers to follow them, giving respect to their teachers and fellow dancers. Ms. Erena has many years of international and domestic experience. Mr. Andrey brings his home country of Ukraine to life and the dancers learn about a new culture. The environment is welcoming, the younger and older dancers learn from each other. My daughter has been dancing under the instruction of Mr. Andrey and Ms. Erena for three and half years.

I have thought long and hard of how to write a review on Sierra Flow Fitness (SFF). I wanted to…read moregive SFF a review in a different light, away from the typical reviews done on a business. I feel it's important to tell a story, MY story to help convey the importance and the impact this business has had on my life. So I present here a thank you note I gave Susan and April (the owners of SFF). What I love about SFF is the different fitness levels tailored to its members, from the beginners (group classes) to more serious members (semi personal training) to experienced gym members (rooms with fully equipped machines). For beginners and on-going members who need guidance and structure with their work out, SFF offers so many different varieties of group classes from Dance, Spin, Yoga, Cardio Kickboxing, Pole Dancing to Tone and Sculpt, Weight Training to Endurance Training, etc. I currently am taking 15-17 classes weekly and that IS NOT all the classes there are! I struggle (it's a good struggle!) to take less because each class is unique with a different focus. For the asking price, it's a bargain! The instructors are motivating, supportive, and encouraging with their own styles of teaching.  The semi personal training sessions are offered throughout the day, from 5am to 6pm, 5 days per week in small groups of 4-6 members where the instructors work with individuals on different machines, focusing on correcting technique and form.  Then there is the fully equipped gym for members who want to workout by themselves. SFF has 4-5 gym units that are separated from each to give you that home gym feel with so much privacy and coziness. Better yet, you can work out 24/7 at your own pace, your own time and you can access to the gym without anyone checking you in or out. The gym is never too crowded to make you feel trapped. It feels like you have your own gym at home with the exception of driving to it.  And if you come often enough to become a regular, you might get a call from Susie to check in on you when you are absent in one of her classes. You will not find another gym that is as unique, different and supportive as SFF locally. Be ready to be motivated. Be ready to be inspired. Be ready to turn work out into a life style. Sierra Flow Fitness did all that for me and has changed my life for the better.

I was impressed to see how much variety this facility offers- my family visits the area a few times each year, so I will definitely be back and I look forward to trying out different classes the next time I'm in town.
