Unfortunately I sprained my ankle later that week and when I asked for a refund, they offered me only $75 back, even though I didn't go to a single class. Not to mention, they charged everyone for the whole month when they were closed the last two weeks of the month. They should have only charged for half the month. The management is extremely scandalou and unreasonable.

Tuesday: Striking with an emphasis on conditioning Wednesday, the owner, Tom Theofanopolous, teaches a world- level jiujutsu class that is really invaluable. The last 15-30 minutes of class is reserved for live rolling Thursday: Striking with the last 30-20 minutes reserved for live sparring. All in all, a real wholesome place.
