I am new so I arrived about 5 minutes early to get registered and Ashley was my instructor, she is so nice and welcoming. The whole staff is, even the students. The class was packed which was a bit overwhelming trying to figure out where to sit ( Ashley recommended sitting in the middle or back for newbies ) so that's what I did, a woman from the class was so polite to create a space for me which brought my anxiety down. If the classes weren't so crowded I would have gave 5 stars! Now this class was hot I mean 5 minutes in I was sweating and the class hadn't even begun yet. I love the fact that Ashley pays attention to her students, you can tell she really cares about what she does. It starts off slow and nice and manageable but the vinyasa flow whooped my butt, I was drenched in sweat, looking around like is anyone else dying and it made me feel better knowing I wasn't alone so I stuck it out and completed it, with taking breaks in between which was encouraged so I didn't feel bad. The class was very very very challenging but rewarding, it makes me want to keep coming back so I can get better because I barely know the poses names. I loved the juice section of the studio, it was much needed after class, I ordered the blueberry matcha which was delicious and filling ! Please try it. The woman making my drink was super cool! So overall I am coming back and I highly recommend!

Honestly the only thing that ever stopped me from joining any gym/workout was myself. I carry a lot of self-pity and self-doubt and made every excuse in the book. I was asked to join and decided to make the leap. Going in extra nervous because I didn't know what to expect. I walk in and the ladies were all very welcoming. I saw all different body types and I knew I'd feel right at home. The workouts are great, mixture of high intensity, body sculpting workouts and some yoga to stretch that body out after a fast paced workout. Adaptable for whatever your body can handle. Just enough to test your limits and not cause hurt or injury because your health and body come first here. I'll admit the first week was stressful for me. Starting to eat clean, I was moody lol and I was like "I thought yoga was suppose to be calming?" Lol because I was more concerned about "am I doing this right? Am I suppose to be feeling this way? Does this arm go here?" I was in my own head too much. But once I got out of my own way, it all came naturally. The yoga coaches are amazing and definitely are here for the betterment of you.
