This is a great place. The instructors are wonderful, the place is very clean and the prices are reasonable.

New to the yoga scene, I decided to join their Transformation Tribe classes because I was not happy with what I saw in the mirror. Honestly the only thing that ever stopped me from joining any gym/workout was myself. I carry a lot of self-pity and self-doubt and made every excuse in the book. I was asked to join and decided to make the leap. Going in extra nervous because I didn't know what to expect. I walk in and the ladies were all very welcoming. I saw all different body types and I knew I'd feel right at home. The workouts are great, mixture of high intensity, body sculpting workouts and some yoga to stretch that body out after a fast paced workout. Adaptable for whatever your body can handle. Just enough to test your limits and not cause hurt or injury because your health and body come first here. I'll admit the first week was stressful for me. Starting to eat clean, I was moody lol and I was like "I thought yoga was suppose to be calming?" Lol because I was more concerned about "am I doing this right? Am I suppose to be feeling this way? Does this arm go here?" I was in my own head too much. But once I got out of my own way, it all came naturally. The yoga coaches are amazing and definitely are here for the betterment of you. Came here with my mom and sister thinking it was going to be Hot 26 (formerly called Bikram) and let me tell you, it was not that but I'm glad I came bc it was soooo amazing. It was like doing a combo meditation and yoga. The place is heated but not at the extent to hot yoga, but honestly I loved our yoga instructor Lu. She has the best aura and is all about body positivity. Sadly, I'm so self conscious especially during a workout, but she totally helped me gain some serious self love. I was totally blessed to find this God loving studio a couple of months ago. I knew I needed an outlet/activity that could help me through the season of life I am in. What I found after a couple of weeks was that this wasn't just a workout but a way of living that teaches you to focus on the present. You get to escape the busyness of your day and come to your mat with an open heart where you can catch up to yourself. Tina is so awesome! She overflows with good vibes that make you feel comfortable and at ease. You get to learn how to make your practice your own. There is honestly nothing more beautiful or refreshing about focusing on your spirit and breath. I'm a beginner and Tina always gives modifications to poses so you can listen to what your body needs. Everything you need is at the studio: mats, towels, water, blankets, blocks, etc. So you literally just have to bring yourself. The location is great and there is always plenty of parking. I highly recommend visiting this studio. You will feel at home, inspired by all the badass women, empowered and obtain a peaceful and loving mindset that is priceless (on top of an amazing workout). read more

Decided to try yoga as a shy amateur. This studio is perfect. Welcoming, good for all levels. Tina is an excellent instructor and centers focus on a judgement free-zone --including self judgement -- and focuses rather on empowerment. A friend of mine told me about this studio, she knows that I suffer from PTSD, anxiety and major depressive order. I bought the 2 week pass for $25 so that I could try out several classes. I totally fell in love with this studio and I feel that I connect spiritually with Tina the owner. I try to go as often as possible and I have noticed that it does help with my anxiety. What a wonderful yoga studio! I have attended now three times and I am brand new to yoga. With starting anything new (especially something like yoga) there are feelings of apprehension. However, Tina, on top of being an excellent instructor (yoga master), helps you take your mind from your worries or insecurities and to the positive and uplifting, to strengthen mind, body, and spirit. I'm so glad I discovered this lovely studio! It is cozy and comfortable and I felt welcome from the first time I came to class. Tina is a great teacher. I love how her classes are all level, I feel challenged and can modify poses, but she never pressures us to push into something that is uncomfortable. She is positive, encouraging, and always willing to teach new poses. I also love the adorable kids space and that she has mom classes going on at the same time as the kids classes. Brilliant! My kids beg to go every week. I love that there is time to pray in class, as that resonates more with my belief system than meditation does, but Tina does a great job of not pressuring people if its not their thing. read more

Thank you Lord for bringing Agape Flow Studio, Tina & Victoria in to my life! I'm new to yoga and in just a few classes, I'm obsessed! I've seriously fallen in love with yoga and Agape Flow studio! I found Agape Flow through the kids summer program. My 5 yr old son absolutely loves his yoga class and loves his yoga teacher Miss.Victoria. We seriously bought his Pokémon build a bear a yoga mat! I myself now go 3 days a week since the kids summer program meets 3 times a week. I would go every day if I could! I highly recommend this studio. It's funny how often I'm telling my friends, "girl you need yoga." The studio has free beginners workshops from time to time so you can check it out. Sign up and GO! You will love it! Agape Flow provides a safe, loving and accepting environment. I am consistently met with kindness by all staff and fellow yogi's. I started about 3 years ago and will never leave. Tina's studio is hands-down my absolute favorite yoga studio of all time. I started out in her private studio and now she has her own place! It is a comforting, warm, and inviting space. This is a safe, no-judgment zone where you can focus on strengthening both your yoga practice and your spirit. The ladies who come here lift each other up. Agape is a place full of love and light. Super Amazing Studio with wonderful Instructors. My little 5 year old yogi and myself just love this studio. Tina the owner is amazing and super kind and the Children's classes are the sweetest thing. I love how they incorporate bible verses into the little kids yoga practices. It took me a long time to find a studio that catered to having mommy classes at the exact same time as the children classes and Tina and her instructors Victoria and Jacquetta do a wonderful job of making the studio relaxing, and welcoming! read more

I walk in and the studio is dimly lit and smells fresh. There are mats ready to be used. Cubbies for your flip flops and purse. The session starts out laying on the mat and an instructor guides us in breathwork and relaxation. Some classes are more challenging than others. The website will explain what is good for beginners, intermediate or challenging. I am always encouraged to practice according to what my body is telling me regardless of the class I have chosen. There are always modifications available and the instructors are good about explaining what they are. The vibe of the studio is friendly and warm. There are women of all sizes. I was so relieved to see that on my first visit! Some of the classes are faith-based and play inspirational music and we may be encouraged to focus on a verse or prayer. Even the classes that are not faith-based will still be empowering and intentions are set such as, "Rooted, Grounded, Strong, Recovered, Healed, Loved..etc. I feel so much stronger mentally, physically, spiritually since I began going to Agape.
