After doing a google search I found Catherine at My Yoga Room and I thought I would give her a try and wow, I am so glad I did! I have been to many massage therapists over time due to car accidents, sports injuries, etc, and I haven't found anyone quite like Catherine. She is calming and very intuitive. My tension headaches have almost completely ceased and I can feel the genuine difference in the level of tension in my body after every session. This studio has genuinely become a special place for me…read more I've taken classes with most of the instructors here, and every single one has been welcoming, supportive, and truly focused on their clients. They motivate without pressure and always remind you to slow down, breathe, and surrender to the mat. In a joking way, I tell people that all of them have become my therapists, because somehow they always share the exact words I need at the right time. Over time, I've come to really see and hear the instructors and the heart they put into every class. I appreciate them more than they probably realize. Walking in feels less like going to a workout and more like showing up to see family. What stands out most to me is the awareness of mental health and emotional wellbeing. The way they combine movement, breath, and mindfulness makes each class feel like much more than just a workout. It truly feels like a space to heal. On a personal note, this studio has become an important part of my sobriety journey. The grounding, the sweat, the stillness, and the encouragement have helped me process, reset, and keep choosing healthier paths. I leave feeling clearer, calmer, and supported. The classes start right on time and are super fun and challenging. I found this place on class pass-that was recommended by a friend. It's been my go to place 2-3x a week now! Each class that I've been to are never the same and we are doing something different every time. All the instructors provide multiple variations to all the workouts that we do. Everyone is super nice and the instructors are all great. The music is pumping, the temperature is hot, and all the instructors have been amazing! I'm really glad that I gave it a try. After the heated work out they give you a nice cold towel. I usually take early morning classes 7:30 am or in the evening. The bathrooms are very nice with a changing area, bathroom, and mirror. There are lots of lockers and shelves to put your stuff. I like how kind and knowledgeable all the instructors are. They are pretty nice about people showing up a little late too. But it's good to come early! The activity room changes different colors and has a good speaker for music. I have taken classes with Julienne, Jamie, and Janet and they are all wonderful.

The facility is open 24 hours which is a plus for those of us with varying hours. They also offer child care while you're doing your workout. They're not responsive…read more I signed up for membership through my health insurance and received confirmation that someone will be reaching out to complete my registration within 2 days. Nothing happened..I even waited an extra day before reaching out. I called and spoke with someone who didn't know how to set it up, took my information, and said a manager would reach out within the next day. Still nothing happened..The calls keep going to voicemail and they don't respond to emails either. If you're trying to sign up for membership through your insurance, you're better off at other studios.

My wife and I were introduced to Lucky Dog Paddle Company by some friends who took a lesson from…read morethem. Our friends came back with so many great things to say, we had to try it for ourselves. My wife, our 10 year old son, and I made an appointment for the three of us to take a lesson at Lodi Lake on a Saturday morning several weeks ago. We were met at the boat ramp by the crew from LDPC and immediately made to feel welcome by them. We were given instructions and safety tips before hitting the water and then fitted with gear appropriate for our beginner skill level. The LDPC crew led us on a paddle around Lodi Lake so we could get our "sea legs" before heading out onto the Mokelumne River. We were given constant, but low pressure, instruction while we were on the water and made to feel safe 100% of the time. They also took lots of pictures of our family while we were on the water and later emailed them to us at no additional cost! We found the LDPC crew to be super friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to be around. And, we had such an awesome time on the water, we decided to invest in new boards and all the other necessary gear after going out with LDPC just one time! After researching various options on the Internet, we decided to buy our gear from LDPC. When I called LDPC to tell them this, they offered to let our family demo any and all of their boards as many times as we wanted free of charge just so we could be certain of the gear we wanted to buy!! After demo'ing several boards, we made our selections and placed our order. The price was absolutely unbeatable (seriously, there's no way we could have gotten everything we did going with any other outfitter) and to top it off, they personally delivered all our gear to our home and gave us instructions in care and maintenance, handling, and setup!! The bottom line is that The LDPC crew is super friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to be around. They deliver top-notch service at crazy good prices. One hour of yoga with a great warm up and cool down, great people in the class and a wonderful, knowledgeable instructor. You do have to sign up on line, which takes a little time when you first set up your account. But payment is easy and the class schedule is easy to use.
