We pay $800 space lot rent per month to Gingerwood Manufactured Mobile Home Park, LLC. We do not own the land beneath our mobile home. We own our mobile home. We are not responsible for any repairs to the main water line or sewer line that is under the dirt beneath our mobile home! The repair done was to clear out a tough clog at the main sewer line coming into our home from the back wall to the front of our mobile home. We had been leaking sewage into the front of our home and down the street. Rants Plumbing gave us the $780.00 bill and told us to give the bill to the Managers of the Gingerwood Manufactured Mobile Home Park, LLC. Because of past retaliatory things happening to other tenants in the park we feared giving this bill to the managers of the park. Instead, we set up a payment plan of $100 per month to Rants Plumbing. Today, Rants plumbing sent us a check to reimburse us the initial $100 we had paid Rants Plumbing. We had notified the State of Nevada Housing Division for Manufactured Homes of our dilemma. Thank God, we finally got our money back and don't have to pay the additional $680 bill. The managers of Gingerwood Manufactured Mobile Home Park, LLC did the right thing and paid off the Rants Plumbing bill as it is their responsibility as they own the land beneath all of the mobile homes in Gingerwood Senior Mobile Home Park in Boulder City, Nevada. The ones that Rants installed, per the date-stamps, on each water heater, were 2 years old. They had been stored, unused, for 2 years--or possibly, actually used. I had problems with them breaking, within a few months, and 2 had corrosion. There was also sloppy installation work. I called AO Smith, the manufacturer, who said that even if the water heaters had never been used, their anode rods, and other parts still go bad. They, and 3 plumbing companies, said Rants cheated, and to get a refund. Chuck refused to refund. I sent Chuck my already-written lawsuit with documentation, and photos. I gave him 5 days to return my money or Id report him, and sue him. Begrudgingly, he finally texted me that he had put my $5043 check in my mailbox--with no apology and with no excuses.

I, like some others, learned about Keegan and Bosch Plumbing from a local/popular Vegas realtor on…read moreInstagram who touts Bosch as his go-to for plumbing needs - after also doing some due diligence and reading the reviews for Bosch, I thought why not. We bought our house in 2023, and the home inspector had noticed that the guest room shower's handle was loose, causing some water to drip from the cartridge whenever in use. Because it was a guest room rarely used, I paid no real attention to it until now, and the drips seems minimal enough. After having Travis from Bosch come out for an annual water heater flush (don't forget to do this everyone), I had him take a look at the issue, and he noticed that the cartridge (and other things in the shower/bath) had corroded to such a degree that the cartridge itself couldn't even be taken off. Because this guest bathroom will eventually be used every day, I didn't want to take any chances, so had Travis supply some options. Travis called Keegan (the owner of Bosch), and he immediately came out to troubleshoot. He analyzed the issue, and the recommendation was to replace the entire tub. So much corrosion had accumulated that leaving it as-is might have caused more extensive home damage down the line (flooding, structural damage spreading to other areas, etc.). While not excited about replacing the entire tub, it was something I had to do...and Bosch was able to have it entirely replaced the very next day. I was warned that a new tub might necessitate replacing tiles in our bathroom floor that get nicked up or broken from the demo, as well as extensive drywall replacement. More added on costs, but this was unavoidable. Well, after Travis and Roman from Bosch spend over 12 hours the very next day, not only does the new tub/shower look amazing, but ZERO tile work had to be done due to Bosch's ability to perfectly situate the new tub and not destroy any tiles, and the drywall work needed to do is FAR more minimal than anticipated. Not having to do this additional work was a lifesaver. All in all, I'm very glad I used Bosch and will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs. The professionalism, clean-up, and attention to detail was fantastic, and I will be recommending them to anyone I see. On a sidenote, don't let a small drip or leak go unchecked for months/years like we did (i.e., don't say to yourself "we never really use that room, so who cares"). Also, for new homeowners, really analyze all facets of the home's plumbing when doing home inspections. An innocuous comment from the inspector about a small water drip or loose handle might seem irrelevant at the time because you just want to finalize the deal, but down the line these "small" things can lead to replacing bigger things. I'm glad Bosch caught this before this turned into a nightmare.

The leak started in my upstairs bathroom and was seeping down through the ceiling into the garage, and my mom had discovered it and was understandably freaking out. I called Bosch Plumbing, and the owner, Keegan Bosch, called me back immediately. He said he could be there within about a half hour, which he did, and quickly identified the issue, explaining exactly what could be causing it. He connected me with a Mitigation company he works with to assess the extent of the damage, which was very helpful since part of the drywall needed to be removed to see the full scope. Throughout the entire process, Keegan and his team were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They guided me through the repairs and took the time to answer all the questions from my warranty company over the phone, which was really tedious, and I appreciated that. The repair work was done quickly and efficiently, and everyone I dealt with seemed knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Bosch Plumbing for any plumbing issue. They're responsive, professional, and trustworthy, and I will definitely be calling them again.

Jose, David, Tiffany, and the others from Innovative were truly a cut above. Super knowledgeable. Reasonable pricing. Top quality work. This was a big project, so I had a lot of questions about the details. They patiently and intelligently answered every question, even down to the pros and cons of going with different types of piping. This put me at ease and helped me realize that they were the right company with the right people, the right skills and experience, the right ethics, and the right can-do attitude I was looking for. Once I was ready, the work was promptly scheduled and done to a higher standard than I would have expected, especially the landscape restoration. That especially put a smile on my face. I'd say the #1 aspect that sets them apart is their abundant communication throughout the whole process. They were warm, friendly, and patient but never salesy or pushy. They showed up when they said they would, and I always got calls or texts before their visits to let me know they were on their way, along with a fairly precise ETA, sometimes even down to the minute. If you've ever been turned off by creepy, salesy, or sus plumbers and would love to work with people who are smart, friendly, compassionate, and down to earth, I highly recommend you give Innovative a call. Yes, such a unicorn actually exists in this city! I'm grateful to Innovative not only for doing such great work and for being a joy to work with throughout this project, but also for educating me about some aspects of the project where I wanted more clarity on the details, so I could better understand my home's own plumbing system. I'm additionally grateful to them for helping me get past some emotional resistance I had to finding and hiring a plumber in this city. They provided ample proof that there are great people working in this field, and we can indeed find them if we take the time to look and don't settle for mismatches or partial matches. I'm glad I kept looking until I found Innovative. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Thanks a bunch, Innovative! Job well done!
