My toilet has been leaking at the base a couple of times the past couple of weeks. It leaked again this week so I thought to give this business a call/message on Yelp because they had a lot of good reviews. After sending a message on Yelp, I think the owner responded back but I also received a phone call. They were going to try to come that day, but I wasnt available until Saturday. My time slot was between 9am - pm. I got a confirmation text after I got off the phone. I also received a reminder text the day before. Vincent was assigned to help us. I got a text when he was on the way. I explained what was going on, and he explained to my husband and I what he was going to do to fix it. I had to leave when Vincent was fixing our toilet, but my husband said Vincent was really nice and explained the whole thing as he was doing it. He was really trying to educate my husband so he could possibly know what to do in the future. He emphasized wanting to give us a great experience so if we ever needed future help, we would go back to them. I think he did a great job and we would definitely use Flush It LLC again if we ever need plumbing services again! read more

Flush It was just so professional! Plus, while I was getting automatic texts from everyone else, they actually called me. I was impressed. They came out to give me an estimate. The cost was $55. I hired them and, as my house was being sold, they completely understood the timing was of essence. Within a few days, they arrived again, and, started installing a new sink in my guest bathroom. Very pleasant and professional. They came back the next day as it needed to cure overnight. They finished the job, replaced the sink and plumbing system under sink. I highly recommend them. My nozzle on my master bath kept breaking off, and for good reason, it was missing a crucial component of the nozzle, a sleeve, which prevents water from hardening over your nozzle and breaking, which mine continued to do. I looked on Yelp and requested quotes from multiple plumbers and decided to go with Flush it. They had one of the best quotes and were very responsive. They came out and fixed my nozzle and put on a sleeve for a good price. The technician was great in explaining everything to me and was quick and clean with his work. 12June2025: Another shout out to Flush It, https://flushitlv.com/, 702-978-3126. Namely, Ricardo. Very happy with the work on what became a very stubborn toilet clog. Ricardo attempted to clear the clog with the typical hand snake, trying to avoid pulling the toilet. Which would have been an additional cost. It wasn't like he tried once or twice, he spent a good 30 minutes or so in these attempts. To no avail, the toilet had to be removed. Only to find the actual clog, was about 4 inches below the toilet drain. Never did identify what it was, but it was a hard block/stoppage. This took another 30-45 minutes to snake it down to the street. In the end, very happy we went back to Flush It (Dirty Dan's). The work and cost meet, if not exceeded, expectations. Please note that we had to be rescheduled to the next day, but seeing the level of service and pride Ricardo had, I can understand why. So, if that does happen to you, please have some patience. read more

We called at 8pm since we needed our sewer line cleaned out and they were responsive and came out by 8am. Everyone else told us to call back. They offered a 10% veteran discount which was a nice surprise. They arrived and Ricardo & Justin were efficient. Everything was completed in under an hour! I was shown what the issue was and what to look out for. I will definitely be using them in the future. Our kitchen sink was backing up into our bar sink. I called two other plumbers, who said they could schedule me 2-3 days away. When asked for availability he said he was able to come to my house the same day between the hours of 12-2pm...just a couple hours after my first message with him! Dan arrived during the estimated arrival time window and was very professional. My house had two clogged sinks and he was very helpful at letting me know what was going on. He unclogged one of the sinks and the other sink has more serious issues that require more work and time. Great experience. Found them through a FB community page and decided to go with them since they handled a problem that I had with my tankless water heater leaking. Sent a rate request through yelp at 9 pm at night and Isabel responded within 20 minutes. I thought I would have gotten a response the next morning. Talk about customer service. She requested some photos of the leak to show the supervisor and was able to give me a quote that same night. The earliest they could get me in was 2 days later, I had a slow leak so that was fine. I confirmed my service appointment that same morning and she advised me that the technician would contact me when he was on his way. Dan, the owner came out with a technician to fix my water heater. Dan and his technician were professional, friendly, and very approachable. He was able to explain what the problem was and quickly fixed the problem. He explained that the water here in Las Vegas is very hard and showed me the calcium build up on the gasket and pipe where the leak occurred. I sent out a request for estimates regarding high loop method on a dishwasher because as a real estate agent I need written estimates to provide the the seller to make a decision. I am absolutely happy with the service provided by Dan's. I submitted a request for quote on Yelp and less than 10 minutes later I was messaged back. Very fast response. I was a little hesitant at first because they had only 4 reviews. But I did notice that they are a fairly new business so I took that into consideration and I am so glad I went with them. I checked out their website and felt really comfortable with what I saw and read regarding their experience. I certainly prefer to support local small businesses if possible especially in the times we're living in. I called Dan on Sunday at 9:30 am and by 12:30 pm the job was handled. My outside water spigot broke off at the pipe connected to the wall and I was super stressed out and worried about water damage and how expensive it would be to fix. This happened on Saturday night and I had to turn off main water valve so we had no water until it could be repaired. I waited to call someone the next day because I was scared how much the cost would be for emergency repairs on a weekend night. Dan contacted me within minutes of my Yelp request and quoted me over the phone with pictures I provided by text. He was at my home within an hour and a half. He checked it out confirmed the repair and gave me a plan of action. He came back with assistance and they were done within minutes. True to his estimate, which was very reasonable, I wasn't hit with unnecessary repairs, costs or fees. I had other estimates over the phone that ranged any where between 100 and 200 more with cutting into my stucco. Dan was able to do the repair with very minor altering into the stucco around the pipe. I can patch that myself. He and his assistant were very professional and courteous. Being in customer service myself, i really take note of how I am treated especially under difficult circumstances. I will definitely be calling them back for future repairs and I cannot recommend them enough.
