So far my experience with Agata is that she can make any cake you want. I first came across her work after doing a Google search looking for someone who could bake me a Ferrero Rocher cake. I wanted it to be exactly like the chocolate, with the Nutella center and the crunchy wafer layer. NO BAKER I visited in person was able to do that. When I contacted Agata I expected her to say no too since so many people had. But I was positively surprised when she said she could do it. And not only did she do it, she did it PERFECTLY! Ever since then she has been my go-to person for cakes. And I have recommended her to everyone I know and they all love her! She is very affordable too!!! I feel so lucky to have found her. She even delivers the cake to our home because we are in Northport, just a few minutes away from Huntington Village where she is located. The cake I purchased for her birthday from another local bakery last year was really dry, so I was pleasantly surprised by this cake. The buttercream frosting was where I felt the cake fell a bit short. It tasted like pure unsalted butter and had almost no sweetness to it, so we ended up just eating the cake center and leaving the frosting. Unfortunate for an expensive cake but based on the other reviews I'm wondering if it was just a one time error. I don't think I would get another cake from there, but the rest of the baked goods and empanadas looked awesome so I will definitely be bake to try those!
