Upon entry, we were greeted and told to sit wherever we chose. There were already two sets of diners seated, and we chose a table on the opposite side so we could look out the window. Within a few minutes of sitting, the waitress brought the menu and took our drink order. That came out timely. We ordered soon after. I ordered the chicken strips with fries, and my companion ordered a breakfast burrito. For what we ordered and the small number of other diners, I feel like it took a long time to prepare. When the food finally came out, my fries and chicken strips were very crispy [= overdone, dry]. I didn't complain; I just ate the damn thing. My companion, who had a breakfast burrito, was offered ketchup. I used my ranch as dipping sauce for both my fries and chicken strips since there was no ketchup on the table and the waitress walked away before I could ask for some since she didn't offer me any. Maybe it was an off day. Maybe it's a regular occurrence. I guess I'll never know! Overall, it was okay.

Whenever I have a special occasion that I can justify it, I'd love to come and request a specific cut of meat here. In addition to meat and deli, they offer all sorts of goodies, treats, and things to make your meats taste better. It's always nice and clean inside, and even though it's a little tight that's never been a problem. My only beef (pun very much intended) with Boone's is that they're closed on Sunday, so I can't go to church and get my butcher shop shopping on the same day. Love Boone's, would highly recommend.
