I…read morehad been going to the same person in Jacksonville for about 6 years, so I was a bit scared going with someone new. I looked around on the internet for places and came across the Riitz Salon. I set up an appointment with Vincent for a full set of highlights and a trim. He did a wonderful job AND he was fast. I was used to sitting in the chair for 3 hours sometimes. I have really long hair and its fine, and he did such a wonderful job I would recommend him to anyone. I am actually going back today to get an all over color. I want to go warm colors for the fall, plus my hair grows so fast, the roots are driving me crazy. I am sure he will get it exactly how I want it. I will post photos if I can. They also do a wonderful manicure pedicure here. And its cheaper than anywhere in town. Their OPI color selection is off the chart. I swear they have over 500 colors

Super nice folks, amazing Aveda products... and phenomenally fast staff turnover. You'll never see…read morethe same stylist twice there, unfortunately. I'd been to several Aveda salons before moving to Georgia and admittedly my expectations were high, but Riitz Salon never matched the hip edginess my past experiences had led me to expect from an Aveda-backed establishment. There are better haircuts to be had elsewhere in Savannah, but definitely swing by to buy the products.

Although I've had a different, but each equally capable stylist each time, all are experienced, positive, outgoing and worth the time. This visit I was introduced to Von. Von is an exceptional experienced woman who, earlier was a medical professional who did hair styling just for friends and acquaintances. Now, that's full time, with family. Mature and experienced, friendly and thoroughly professional. Cutting Cave, I have my ticket to future appointments covered! Definitely recommended and the Cave supplies a beer for you whomever cuts your hair. Great place, with great hair styling.

We visited a new location at 1501 Paulsen St. The nail technician, Margarita is an absolute gem. I…read morestopped in almost by accident since my husband was getting a haircut and I found out they had a nail tech on site, and I'm so glad I did. My nails were in rough shape after a bad experience at another Savannah nail shop that slapped on poly gel so thick and sloppy it was honestly damaging. Margarita spent almost two hours carefully correcting it, and never once rushed or made me feel like a burden. She walked me through what had gone wrong and how the process should actually be done, so I left not just with healthy looking nails but actually understanding how to take care of them going forward. She was gentle, patient, and genuinely kind the whole time, the kind of compassionate care that's hard to find. You can tell this is a family owned business where people actually care about their customers, not just pushing you through an appointment. My husband got a haircut and beard trim while I was there and raved about it too. We'll absolutely be back, and supporting this business moving forward!

Today I got my hair done!!!! It's been a while... I Love…read morethis salon!!! Courtney does my hair. So I consider myself fortunate because I moved to Bluffton in June of 2019. At that time I had a bob style cut which requires a skilled hairdresser. Two separate people recommended Cocoa Rose and they said to ask for Christina. When I called for an appointment Christina was booked (she's the owner). So over time I went to one of the other hairdressers in the shop. I was satisfied. For one appointment that girl wasn't available and I was scheduled with Courtney. I AM SO HAPPY!!! Courtney listens to me. She makes suggestions... it's like she's in my head. So with COVID, the last time I had my hair cut at a salon was February 2019. At that time we talked about cutting the bob and connecting the front and back ... (this is technical stuff here... lol). Well because we did that my hair grew in beautifully and when I finally got back to the salon, my hair really just needed a trim because, well now I'm growing it out. But I have seriously gone off in a tangent. The shop has such a cute vibe, everyone is friendly and professional!!! It's clean. They are CDC compliant. I feel safe going into the salon and getting my hair done!!! So like I said, I was fortunate to hit it right and find someone that I trust to do my hair!!! Hey it's so important to this girl right here!!!

My stylist was Kiley, she did an amazing job on my hair, again super friendly and she even gave me a welcome to Savannah gift.
