Didn't respond to texts or emails. Just vanished. It is extremely unprofessional and speaks volumes to her acumen as a business person. She inconvenienced my entire team and me, and demonstrated where she falls in this small and competitive field.  She should strongly consider how her actions and lack of follow-through affect others, and how her disregard for common courtesy and standard professionalism cast an extremely negative light on the business she is purporting to cultivate. I can only speak to my experience with her--extremely disappointing and profoundly unprofessional. Disregarded commitment, left us empty-handed at the last second, and didn't even have the courtesy to communicate any of it. Perhaps she will figure it out someday.

This was my first time coming to Orland Park Bakery, and it was absolutely worth the trip. The…read moreplace was packed when I walked in. There was a lot of energy in the room. People chatting, families picking out pastries, employees moving quickly behind the counter, and the smell of fresh baked goods filling the entire bakery. The staff were super nice and they gave me some good recommendations. Everything looked delicious. But there was one pastry that caught my attention the second I saw it: the Maple Bacon Doughnut. Sitting there with that thick maple glaze dripping over the edges and covered with crispy bacon pieces, it looked almost too good to pass up. The first bite completely lived up to the hype. The doughnut itself was soft and pillowy, while the maple glaze was rich, buttery, and packed with that warm cinnamon-maple flavor. Then the bacon kicked in. Crispy, smoky, salty, and just enough crunch to contrast the softness of the doughnut. The combination was ridiculous. Every bite tasted like someone somehow turned an entire breakfast into a dessert. Sweet maple, savory bacon, hints of cinnamon, and that fluffy dough all working together perfectly. Pure bliss from start to finish.

We saw this place from a distance and decided to check it out. This place reminds of Europe with the smell of bread hitting you, as you open up the door. I immediately went to the Danish, as I notice they weren't all doughy like American pastries. These things were made with love and perfection. I had a raspberry Danish as the wife had a cheese one with a coffee. These Danishes were light and flacky and taste was to savor. I took that first bite and knew I was in trouble. My wife looked at me and said. Yummy ! I saw then at that moment. I had a excuse to buy four more.
