I couldn't justify paying 2 dollars a minute for a zoom call for my dog on top of the original fee! I understand an in person consult requiring some cost but 65 dollars for 30 minutes all online was not worth it. Unfortunately I had to request a refund and am looking for other trainers in the area that might be a better fit.
