She is extremely responsive and will try to accommodate any of your dog's special needs. Our Oakley is reactive and has trouble around other dogs. She takes him on solo walks and even tries to find spots that don't have as many people so he can be calm and enjoy himself. He loves when Lori takes him in the woods to hike some quiet trails. The business owner, Lori, was very unprofessional with communications and also insisted I paid in advance, before picking my dogs up, likely because she knew I'd be unhappy with her services when I got my dogs. When I did pick them up, she didn't even say a word (not even a hi, bye, or thank you), which was shocking as a paying customer, and when I told her I'd be sure to leave her a review, she started yelling at me and waving her arms like an angry child. I rolled up my car window and drove off out of fear for my own safety at that point. If it isn't obvious enough, I will never return, and I highly suggest finding an alternative option than taking your pets to this poorly run place with such an unprofessional and rude business owner.
