The business owner, Lori, was very unprofessional with communications and also insisted I paid in advance, before picking my dogs up, likely because she knew I'd be unhappy with her services when I got my dogs. She also threatened to shoot my dogs for barking (see the screenshot of her texts). When I did pick them up, she didn't even say a word (not even a hi, bye, or thank you), which was shocking as a paying customer, and when I told her I'd be sure to leave her a review, she started yelling at me and waving her arms like an angry child. I rolled up my car window and drove off out of fear for my own safety at that point. If it isn't obvious enough, I will never return, and I highly suggest finding an alternative option than taking your pets to this poorly run place with such an unprofessional and rude business owner.
