I have been taking my Maine Coon to Katie since I got Maia 3 1/2 years ago, and I am always amazed…read moreat how professionally and quickly Katie cares for Maia, brushing her out, cleaning her ears, clipping her claws (Maia is a poly on the front paws.) Katie has more than once called my attention to conditions she sees that I had not noticed, which at least once led to a needed vet visit. She is beyond reasonable, too. Very down to earth and helpful with questions you may have about other aspects of your pet's life and needs. So glad to have found a groomer who takes cats right here where I live in St. Albans.

The staff was incredibly kind on a positive note. Since she wasn't even dried (being a Samoyed her coat is normally very fluffy and thick so it's obvious to tell, in addition to touching it and it feeling wet) and we paid close to $50 for this service, we felt disappointed. We will not be back.

I wanted to make sure Roo and I would be safe with all of the added stimulus the city brings. We primarily worked on leash training and Roo's confidence. First time here they nailed it! My cat loved them, he was almost happy to be there because they were so wonderful with him! When my kitty had to be put down, they were wonderful in the worst situation. So caring and compassionate, to he and I, down to his last breath. They sent me the sweetest sympathy card as well, which meant so much to us. If you love your pets and want the best care for them, this is the place you WILL go.
