At that point, we lost confidence and couldn't bring ourselves to continue sampling, let alone consider trusting them with something as important as a wedding cake. After calling several bakeries that were closer to me and leaving messages, I found Sweet Cherry and called. A very professional voice listened to my circumstances and said that she would be happy to help. Im sure that they prefer to have more notice, but Sweet Cherry delivered in 24 hours a gluten-free, red velvet cake. It was beautiful. It was also moist and delicious.
