    Croquettes
    Wl G.

We tried a couple items on the menu. I will say the ahi tuna with peanut sauce was our favorite. I won't order the croquettes again... nothing special. The buffalo chicken pizza was good, but idk if I would get it again- maybe I'd try something else Will go back since it was our first time and it's new, but as of right now it won't be in normal rotation.

Great "pub" and atmosphere. Lots of screens and outdoor seating. Ana was great, Sara is a gem. Highly recommend the burger and fries.

The food came out faster than expected, but waitress was slow throughout. The table ordered: - Guinness and Jameson - corned beef poutine which seemed unique and my brother liked it. - wings - lots of orders of fish and chips. The tartar sauce was good. The slaw portion was small, but really good. The fish and fries were well cooked and tasty. Compared to Sir Edmond Halleys - I would choose here. The food IMO was better, the restaurant isn't as dark, the prices/portions were better, the parking. Situation/lighting is better and the location is in a walkable downtown type area where you can walk off your calories after you eat. Overall: A hidden gem and I will return.

It just had such a great vibe, a true Irish Pub. I ordered the corned beef poutine, which was phenomenal. My husband ordered fish and chips and a Guinness beer and he said it was the best fish he's ever had in his life so we were super happy. Our waiter was Anthony and he was wonderful. He was so pleasant and helpful. He was always there when we needed him with a smile. The only complaint was the fish and chips comes in a basket with wax paper and the wax paper tears while you're eating, and my husband thinks he may have eaten a little bit of the wax paper. Next time he's going to ask for his fish and chips on a plate . I can't wait to go back!

In the early days, they had several selections imported from England on draft. They still have Old Speckled Hen and Guinness but many of the other taps are occupied by great local craft beers. They have a full bar and make nice drinks. They also have a decent wine list. The food is very good featuring some dishes you wouldn't expect to find in a British Pub such as Jamaican Jerk Quesadilla (highly recommended!). Another dish I am fond of is the Lemon Chicken. They also have fantastic wings and burgers! Now for the traditional Pub dishes: *They have the best Fish & Chips in town!* Their Guinness Stew is authentic and very tasty! Their Bangers and Mash (Mild English sausages and mashed potatoes) is authentic and quite tasty too. Many people really like the Shepherds Pie and it is a good representation of the dish but not the best I've had. Of course, the best that I've ever had was in a small family owned pub in Ireland so that's not all that surprising! In the traditional British pub style, this place is very chill and is a great place to talk with friends over good food and drink. This place has been around for years and has stature in the evolving craft beer market in Charlotte. The service has always been great every time! It is a Charlotte legend and is NOT to be missed! Cheers!

You can never go wrong with boneless chicken thighs, Shepard's Pie, Bangers and Mash and their burger is one of the better ones in Charlotte! It is a great place to watch an NFL game on Sunday if you are looking for a more low-key place that isn't rowdy. Although they do get packed in the evenings.

I am a…read more100% service-disabled combat veteran, and the manager, Matt Sigman, forced me, my service animal, and my friend to leave the premises. When I explicitly informed this manager that Copper is a professionally trained service animal, he stated: "I don't care, no animals allowed." Let's be clear: This isn't a "pet" policy issue. This is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Federal law is not optional, and "not caring" isn't a legal defense. To make matters worse, when I contacted the owners, they dismissed my experience with empty excuses. They even had the nerve to claim their main business is "training dogs"--yet they clearly can't train their own staff on basic federal law or common decency. I am unable to function in society without my service dog. To be humiliated and kicked out of a restaurant for being disabled in service to this country is a disgrace. The ADA has been notified, and I am calling on the community to stand with veterans against this kind of discrimination. They have no business running a public establishment if they refuse to follow the law or respect those who served.
