However, this time only a 30-day supply was filled through insurance, and no option was offered for the remaining amount. When my husband picked it up, no alternatives were explained or offered. When I called to ask why the doctor's 90-day order was not followed, I was repeatedly placed on hold and no one introduced themselves when speaking with me. The pharmacist repeatedly explained the "default insurance process" multiple times, even after I asked why the prescription was not filled as written. This did not address my concern. My history clearly shows I always receive a 90-day supply and pay using GoodRx. The pharmacist, who again did not introduce herself, was extremely rude, seemed rushed, and was dismissive throughout the conversation. There was no attempt to offer solutions or correct the issue, such as reversing the claim or allowing payment for the remaining supply. I also felt powerless in the situation, as no options were offered and I was not given any clear way to resolve the problem. Ultimately, the prescription was not followed as written, which is disrupting my care. There is a reason I have consistently been maintained on a 90-day supply, and that continuity was not respected. Overall, there was poor communication, no professionalism, and no effort to resolve the issue.

People just kept coming. Next time I make a appointment or come to pharmacy I will not be going at 2pm. I will make it later in the day so it will not be so busy! However the staff was pleasant and quick dealing with all the customers. The isles are wide easy to find items. My shot was scheduled at 2:15pm but I did not get it till 2:32pm. That is one thing I hate is waiting for appointments. Doctors never want us late to a appointment but somehow it always seems the customer has to wait on them! However the wait could have been much worse.

Each time they closed early. Once the staff was cleaning up and locked the door with the hours clearly posted. I could even see my name on the screen!!! The other times, the lights were out. I ended up driving to other locations and the other locations shared that it's super common that this location does it when it gets slow due to its owner. 1) Adjust your hours and fix your online and app hours posting. 2) If you're closed early because "it's slow" and customers are checked in, call them!

There is one shelf area for closing, discounted/discontinued items. They even have manuka honey, which is almost exclusively produced in New Zealand and they even had it in high MGO values which I rarely see in retail stores. Pricewise, I would say the retail prices are comparable to what you may find online. I didn't see any real bargains going to the store. However, if you can't wait or don't want to wait for an order, they may have what you are looking for here. There also are numerous supplement extracts. I by no means am a health expert, trainer or anything of the sort but I do recommend.

STAY AWAY... On October 3rd I went to Salon Loft in…read moreKettering OH to get a haircut. My appointment was at 2pm with Victoria Bond. I had a meeting earlier and had to rush to make it on time. When I went there it was 1:58pm, I waited in lobby since she told me that she would come to "greet" me there. She didn't come out, so I sent the following text at exactly 2pm, that means I was on time. Once she got my text she came out and took me in. she talks a lot and most of them are about telling me how extraordinary she is vs others. My problem started after the cut (she didn't even cut however much I told her to cut). She said curly hair should never be washed before the cut but should be after the cut. So, she started washing my hair, but the chair did not have something that supports the neck. So, my neck started hurting, she told me to stretch my legs forward to support my neck. I did but it didn't help. I clenched my teeth and tried to tolerate the pain. It didn't help so asked her it is really hurting then she put a towel to support my neck. She said she has a client that is 92 years old and "when she can tolerate that we should be able to tolerate it" and took off the towel to wash with water. Anyway, after excruciating pain for about 20 minutes, I was done. It was time to pay, I asked her how much is it? She said $90 and said normally it is $80 but since you came late, I am charging you extra 10. I was flabbergasted to hear that a simple (mine is short hair) will cost so much (never paid more than 45 in my life). She stood right beside me, very close breathing on my neck, and gave me the machine to input, and told me "Tip" so I had to put 18% tip. Everything together costed me 112.50 or something like that because she never sent me the bill. I was so devastated that I couldn't even think straight, I just paid 112.50ish for simple haircut. I couldn't sleep the whole night. When I got up this morning that is 4th October my neck was hurting and couldn't turn my neck, and it was bruised and swollen. The pain caused me to have a fever. Now I have a fever and my neck hurts. I believe this lady is so unfair with the pricing and she doesn't even have a proper chair for the customers. Today is dec 18th, so I can tell that I had neck pain for 2 weeks and couldn't drive for a week. Luckily I work from home so managed somehow.
