They took the time to check the ordering system and even mentioned they would speak with the store owner about possibly getting it in and following up with me. That level of effort and care--regardless of the outcome--is what true customer service looks like, and I genuinely appreciated it. Note: The store is tucked away in an alley, so if you're using Google Maps, be cautious when navigating to the location--it's easy to miss or drive past.

However, my nail salon is just a few businesses down, so I've dropped in once or twice for a mixer or a bottle of liquor if I'm entertaining. However, most recently I received some wine from here via Drizly delivery. I was actually pretty impressed by their wine selection, which I had never taken time to look at previously. I was able to buy a bottle of one of my favorites and also try a new wine that I had never seen before that I also really enjoyed. Thank you Drizly and Capitol Wine for keeping the wine flowing during this quarantine. With all of the virtual happy hours I've been going to, these bottles have really come in clutch (and the delivery time has been top notch!)
