These are definitely the best corn dogs I have ever had. The coating is crisp and not greasy. The full size dog was huge and as good as any stadium dog I've had. They suggested putting honey on it. We've been here many times, but this time we brought our family and ordered a total of 8 corn dogs. They were all piled into a single container and were overcooked. Delivered with no honey. My wife asked about the honey and server said "oh yeah, I guess that's my job". He then squirted a tiny bit of honey onto the pile of corn dogs. My wife was trying to juggle the corn dogs into separate containers and dropped one on the ground. The server saw it happen, but didn't offer a replacement. Definitely not the best customer service. When a place has "World's Best" in their name, it really needs to live up to that. This corn dog truck did just that! I have seen this truck a few times before and decided that hubby and I should try it on our next trip to Utah (which is often) for lunch. The truck was located on St George Blvd and Bluff St in the parking lot where Ace Hardware is. I don't know if it's regularly in that spot, though I'm hoping it is, so call the phone number on the yelp listing or check their Facebook page to keep tabs on their schedule. As we walked up to the truck we were greeted by a nice employee who asked if it was out first time. I told him yes, so he showed us a what the hot dog looked like and it was a good size. The corn dogs here aren't made ahead of time. They are battered fresh and it takes about 4-5 minutes for them to be made, but it's so worth the short wait! For $5 you get a corn dog and a can of soda. That price might seem high for a corn dog and soda, but it was a big corn dog and tasted so darn good! The guy asked if I wanted honey on my corn dog and he said I should at least try it once, so I went for it. I remember liking corn dogs with honey in the batter, so why not try it on it? Sounded good to me. They have a coolers outside of the truck where you can pick out your can of soda and and dress your corn dog with ketchup and mustard. The coolers were clean and I liked the many options of soda to choose from. The corn dog was fantastic! I really liked the honey on it too and would never order it without. Hubby ordered his without honey and after taking a bite of mine, he said he preferred it with honey as well. This ended up being a great choice for lunch and I'll definitely be back! read more
