Maria’s Kitchen was born from a dream and a deep love for Mexican food. Growing up in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, I was surrounded by the flavors, aromas, and traditions that made every meal feel like a celebration of family and culture. Food was never just food—it was a way to bring people together, to share love, and to keep traditions alive.
When life brought me to the United States, I carried those traditions in my heart. I wanted to create something that felt like home, not only for me, but for everyone who sat down to eat. Maria’s Kitchen is more than a food truck—it’s a piece of Mexico on wheels, serving the dishes that remind me of family gatherings, laughter, and the warmth of my roots.
