Extremely poor communication and a complete waste of my time. (2 weeks for nothing)…read more I dropped off my water-damaged iPhone on a Monday. The employee at the front told me they would perform a free diagnostic, that it would take about one hour, and that they would call me with the results. Nobody called. I called the following day and spoke with another employee, whose name I believe was Xue. She told me the phone was a total loss and would cost more to repair than to replace. I asked whether they could at least recover my photos and files because they were not backed up to iCloud. She said yes, quoted me $150-$200, and told me it would take two to three days. Since this was Tuesday, I expected it to be completed by Friday. Again, nobody called. I called on Saturday, and the same guy who took my phone answered and told me the technician still needed to inspect the damage and that it would take another two to three days. This made no sense because I had already been told the phone had been diagnosed and that my data recovery would be completed by Friday. After receiving no updates the following week, I went to the store on Thursday to get my phone back and stop wasting my time. The guy then told me they were still performing diagnostics and that my phone's motherboard had been sent to their headquarters. He said I could take the phone without the motherboard if I did not want to wait. How was I supposed to recover my files without the motherboard when recovering my data was the entire reason I left the phone with them? I told him I wanted my phone returned complete and in the same condition in which I had given it to them. He promised it would be ready the following day before 3:00 p.m. I returned on Friday and finally picked it up. In the end, they kept my phone for two weeks, recovered none of my data, repeatedly failed to call me, and missed every deadline they gave me. Save yourself the frustration and take your device to another repair shop. This was a complete waste of two weeks.

Horrible customer service from start to finish--from the person answering the phones (when they…read moreactually answer), to the technicians, to management. The technician initially no-showed for my appointment. When I called, the woman who answered the phone was curt, unhelpful, and had a bad attitude. She was completely unapologetic about the technician not showing up and did nothing to help resolve the situation. When we rescheduled, the hours were changed without anyone informing us. Once I was finally able to speak with dispatch, I repeatedly stated that I wanted to file a formal complaint. I had also made this clear to the woman who initially answered the phone. I was told that the person I needed to speak with was Ben or Benjamin. However, I was told he does not have a working extension and does not work in the office, so I was unable to reach him directly. I also told the technician that I wanted to cancel my appointment altogether. He specifically told me that if I canceled, Ben would definitely NOT call me back to hear my complaint. Because I wanted the opportunity to have my concerns addressed, I decided to keep the appointment. It has now been two weeks, and Ben still has not contacted me. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects very poorly on the company's customer service and management. I made multiple attempts to have my concerns addressed and was repeatedly passed around without any meaningful follow-up. At this point, I am still waiting for someone in management to acknowledge the complaint and actually address what happened.

Our TV is a 65-inch Sony Bravia (model XBR-65X850F) that we bought in 2018, and it has already been with us for eight years. When it broke down, we hesitated over whether to buy a new one or have it repaired. After a quick search on Yelp, we found Mr. Gao's information. He replied immediately after we messaged him and came to our house the very same day to inspect it.His initial diagnosis was a faulty mainboard. To be completely sure, he took both the mainboard and the power board back with him for a more detailed diagnosis. To make a long story short, two weeks later, he returned with a newly purchased replacement board, installed it back into my TV, and successfully fixed it! Since the boards for the 850F model are discontinued and no longer available on the market, he had to buy an 850G board as a substitute and modify it slightly to make it compatible with my TV. I am not professional enough to understand the exact technical details, but I am certain it took considerable time and specialized knowledge to pull off! I found the repair cost to be very fair--around 40% of what I originally paid for the TV. Some people might not find it worth it, but I am so glad I can keep using this TV instead of scrapping a perfectly working LED screen and creating a massive piece of electronic waste.

In my initial conversation, he explained that he had two calls ahead of me and that he would follow up on status of when to expect him. He went above and beyond what was expected. On a Saturday of a Holiday Weekend (Labor Day). He came to our house to diagnose our 77 inch Sony TV, removed a few suspect boards to repair or replace and told us it can take up to 5 days to repair if he didn't have the parts. To ensure that we knew what to expect. He called us several hours later that same day to let us know that he found a fault that he repaired and updated the firmware on the logic board. He was able to return to our home at 8:30pm to 10pm to repair and ensure the TV continued to work! He is pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with and would recommend to anyone
