Ralph is…read morean outstanding customer service rep - he's attentive, kind, family-oriented, and goes above and beyond to meet our needs - definitely the sort of representation I'm looking for in any company. They offer competitive pricing for their office supplies, and if they do not carry a certain product in their inventory, you can easily ask them and they will do their best to find it for you (at least Ralph does!). Could you ask for more?? Oh yeah, they also do complimentary one-day shipping! Ralph is such a delight to speak to and he personally checks in with his customers and shares heart-warming stories about his family. I am so relieved I decided to switch to Office Solutions over any of the other competitors because it has been such a sharp contrast among its competition. They also offer a complimentary Keurig brewing machine with a contract and coffee accessories - very first-class service!

When they came out and reassessed the copier, there was additional malfunctions with some of the components. They chose to replace the entire copier and did so quickly without additional cost. Although it initially was a hassle, Prestige did the right thing and I am changing my rating accordingly. I would actually use them again and am retracting my initial frustration of a business to work with. Thank you to Cinthya Sanchez at Prestige.

I would strongly recommend choosing a different company for your copier and fax needs. We came to…read morethis company because our medical clinic required an industrial‑grade fax and copier system capable of handling high‑volume scanning for patient records. We purchased the copier outright and were billed monthly from the beginning until May. After May, we stopped receiving invoices entirely. Recently, our machine's scanner began malfunctioning and will no longer scan. I contacted the company for maintenance, and instead of providing support, they informed me that our monthly bill had increased from $40 to $600, supposedly because invoices were not paid, invoices we never received. We are now in October, and this was the first time we were made aware of any balance. I called multiple times requesting maintenance. I was told I needed to pay a portion of the balance before anyone could come out, which I did. Despite paying what they asked, no technician has shown up, and it has been several days with no communication. As a medical clinic, we rely heavily on our scanner to upload documents into our electronic health records system. At this point, we have paperwork piling up, and the company will not answer the phone or return any calls. The lack of professionalism, communication, and reliability has severely impacted our workflow and patient documentation. I would not recommend this company to any medical office or business that depends on timely service, accurate billing, and functioning equipment.

I was very new to the 3d printing process, and genuinely appreciated Adnan's attention to detail. My 3d print was quite literally immaculate, and the price/turnaround was very competitive. From start to finish, Source Graphics provided fantastic service. My prototype had VERY tight tolerances, and I was thoroughly impressed with the final product. I am glad I stumbled upon Source Graphics and Adnan!

It's tech....unfortunately computers, TVs, phones, become obsolete in a very short period of time. I say that because you can't always tell until you get the computer up and running or diagnostics to know the extent. Barry assured me he would contact me as he learned more and he did!
