I explained that I had previously had the exact same design printed at another Office Depot location without any issues, but she was unwilling to explore any alternatives or provide further assistance. Feeling that the matter was not going to be resolved, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. I then went to the Office Depot in Montebello, where the staff reviewed the same design and completed the order without hesitation or any issues. The difference in customer service and knowledge between the two locations was noticeable.
