How a 7 year old part can be considered obsolete, doesn't speak well of Navien, but that's another issue. I was told by a prior Navien certified plumber that I should replace the unit for 10k or he could try to custom build the manifold, however the plumber didn't exude the confidence that Mike did and his quote was also a lot higher than Napolitano's.  Once hired, Mike was a man on a mission.  He not only rebuilt the manifold, he made it look easy (trust me it was not) and on top of this, he was meticulous, kind and patient.  Prior to leaving he noticed a problem on my baseboard bleeders and replaced them for a nominal fee. My heater is working like a charm, I am very pleased. I trust Mike implicitly with heating and air conditioning systems, he's done a couple of repairs on my aging system always for a fair price.

They did everything as we wanted it to be done and were very receptive of any concerns we had. Our previous, and first central AC unit, was very poorly done. Tom and Frank corrected everything that was wrong. We were having pavers being placed so they came first and removed the condensers out side and then came back after the pavers were placed and finished the installation. What sold them to me was that Tom told that he could not promise that it would not break down, because anything mechanical can break, but he promised that if it did he would make it right. I believe that he is a man of his word. He is now doing my routine maintenance on the units he installed. The price was outrageously good and work has been superb. You will not be disappointed, hire them.

The last time Drew was here to service my furnace I had asked him about changing my hot water heater as I know it was passed its age and I did not want to risk it rusting thru or bursting as I know that can be traumatic and cause extensive damage. Drew gave me what I felt was a very competitive price and then did what he did when he replaced my central air unit some time ago, he was able to find a great unit at a super price that qualified for a manufacturer's promotion. His team was here exactly at the scheduled time, and the work was performed flawlessly. Unexpectedly, in order to get the old unit out, they had the extra work involved of having to remove a section of the wall and then replace it. The job took a bit more time and there was no attempt whatsoever to upcharge. The only cost in addition to the original estimate was for a couple of peripheral parts that Drew recommended replacing, where I just paid for the parts, as he did not feel it would be prudent to put back 18 year old used parts on a new unit. They cleaned up superbly before they left. I could not be more pleased with the work and the way I was treated. Much appreciated.
