From the initial service call through the follow-up, everyone was professional, responsive and extremely helpful. We were dealing with an unexpected A/C failure that appeared to be related to recent lightning and storm activity in the area. The technician (and team) took the time to explain what he was seeing, discussed the likely cause with us, and helped us understand our options. Our particular unit is no longer manufactured and replacement parts can be difficult to find. Rather than simply recommending that we replace the entire system, Aaron's AC took the time to locate a compatible condenser that would work with our existing equipment. That effort allowed us to address the problem without having to undertake a much more extensive and costly full-system replacement. Once the solution was identified, the team handled everything extremely quickly and professionally. I especially appreciated their communication, resourcefulness and willingness to find the right solution for us rather than simply the easiest one. It is refreshing to deal with a company that is responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely focused on taking care of the customer. They exceeded already high expectations, and I would not hesitate to use Aaron's AC again! Thank you John, Rob, Sue and Hunter!

Unfortunately, the customer service we received was incredibly disappointing. The representative I spoke with stated that she was the owner, yet she was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the conversation. When I pointed out that she was being rude, rather than trying to resolve the issue or offer assistance, she hung up on me. When your air conditioning is down, especially during the summer, you expect the company that installed your system to stand behind their work and treat customers with respect. Instead, we were met with hostility and a complete lack of professionalism. If the person representing the company--and identifying herself as the owner--treats customers this way, it says a lot about how the business operates. Hanging up on a customer is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and will be taking my business elsewhere. Since we were unable to get help from the company that installed our system, we were forced to pay another HVAC company to assess the issue.
