The establishment is small but there is a small area to eat. The display of cookies looked amazing. There was a sampler dish to try some of the cookies. We opted for the Oreo which was just cooked (around 9p) surprised to find out they were still baking stuff so late at night. The cookie is massive, generous on the toppings, not too sweet. It is more on the soft side rather than crunchy. It is thick.

Friend brought us here after dinner and wow the cookies are good. Order the original and your taste buds will thank you, one of the best cookies I've ever had. The balance of sweet, chocolate, butter, and all good things in a cookie just wow. We also tried the banana and chocolate. Those were good but paled in comparison to the original. Employee was super nice and seemed genuinely excited that we were there for cookies (as were we).

This cookie store just opened in the area. There is no seating really to enjoy your cookies or coffee. There is a small bench by the window. It is super cute and very clean. The person working when I went was very nice and explained to me all the different cookies they had today. I unfortunately, can't eat any due to my allergies. I did see on social media the vanilla Iced fredo cappuccino that looked really good. So, I figured I would get one and try it for myself. YUM! It's delicious and refreshing. They ask if you want cinnamon on top too. Will definitely be back to try more of their coffee drinks.

Checked out The Cookie Odyssey at their new UES location! The Odyssey was probably my favorite out of the three and the Chocolate Coconut my second. I appreciated how their cookies were crunchy on the outside with a chewy interior overall. The ratio of cookie to topping was also nicely done. I did find them a little too sweet for my taste and the cookie part was more "cakey" when I prefer my cookies to have more of a chew. The store itself doesn't have a lot of space but I do find the bench top space very cute, especially under the neon lights. Staff were polite and were offering free samples. Curious to try other flavors and to compare how the smaller ones taste to the regular sized cookies!

Delicious cookies.Crispy edges, moist chocolatey center. Buttery, warm and the perfect size. All around great cookie.

Delicious cookie experience. A warm inviting smell and a small store (apparently their first location was in FiDi). Allegedly the oldest cookie shop in NYC. Best part is that there a mini versions of each cookie so if you're not in the mood for a sweet overload and want to try a few flavors, you can do it all by yourself in one go! I love that there is a banana flavor with real banana slices and fresh samples to try. There is coffee and milk on the menu (including skim) so I could have a proper cookies and milk experience. This is a great spot when you want something more substantial than the Subway's cookies next to the counter and not as intense as Levain or Chip City and you don't have to trek downtown and find a signature one at a specialty coffee shop or bakery. Will come back! Really appreciated how helpful and kind the staff was as well.

I am so glad they came to the upper east side! They have both mini and larger cookies available. I tried the chocolate chip banana cookie and was super impressed by both the size and texture. There were different types of chocolate in the cookie which really made for a very delicious bite. Would definitely go again to try different flavors

Ordered mini cookies from this shop for an office celebration. An account I follow on Instagram tagged them which is how I found out about them - their website is pretty bare bones and there is no way to order directly from their website - let alone even see the menu. I corresponded with the shop via email and was able to place my order directly through them as opposed to a third party. The mini cookies were buy 8 get 2 free, so i decided to order 6 orders of 8, ending up in 60 cookies. They have 6 core flavors and a seasonal vegan pumpkin pie cookie at the moment. I decided to try all of them! The order arrived early and was packaged very nicely. They have cute long boxes that fit 10 mini cookies perfectly. The cyclops with the banana was by far everyone's favorite. I really enjoyed the triple chocolate chunk. The pecan pie shortbread was really tasty too. The pumpkin pie one felt more cakey than a cookie and was pretty big for a 'mini.' All of the cookies were enjoyed, except the Circe - the chocolate ginger snap. That cookie was inedible. Straight up ginger just all over the cookie. I feel like they could take that cookie off the menu and replace it was something else much better! I'd definitely order from this place again though.

Stop by this little place after lunch and it's such a cute place with such a unique variety of cookies that they have definitely grabbed my attention. I got to sample one of the cookies and it was delicious. I ended up getting a pecan pie cookie and the lovely woman behind the counter gave me a small chocolate chip banana cookie to take home. I will definitely be coming back here again.

It's a giant cookie that is soft and warm, almost like a pan skillet cookie. They had really fun names there all related to the book

The Cookie Odyssey really deserves more stars than what I see here for what they have to offer. Their take on a traditional chocolate chip cookie (which is what all cookie places should be based off of in my opinion) combines semi sweet chocolate with hints of white chocolate and almond paste which is unique and the tastes compliment each other very well. The texture was satisfyingly crispy on the outer ridges with an all around chewy and gooeyness as you work your way towards the center. Every bite was addicting and leaving me wanting more. The service was also great. The girl working there was sweet, explained each flavor variety they had available and answered questions we had. The store itself is decorated with a very cute aesthetic and they have coffee which is another plus. There is limited seating (just a window bench and single chair) but this rating is for the cookie itself not the seating.

I've never tried a Japanese cheesecake before and was extremely excited to be able to pick up some treats for my coworkers as well as my partner's birthday cake from Keki. Ordering is fairly straightforward and done with a simple machine outfront. Once your order is ready one of the staff members hands it to you through a window; there is no inside area accessible to customers but our food came quickly and we took it back to the office. The cheesecake was fantastic. I read a bit about the background of the shop online and how the owner really cares about using high-quality ingredients, specifically dairy. It was justas described, light and bouncy. I enjoyed how it was not overly sweet and found that it was all too easy to devour the entire cake over the course of two days. Despite it not having much weight to it, it traveled surprisingly well as I took it home on my three train commute! Similar to what others have said, the real highlight of the shop, in my opinion, are their cream puffs. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but the outer layer was thin yet had a nice little crunch to it. We tried the classic milk, cookies & cream pistachio and ube flavors. Our favorite was the pistachio by far, which had such a unique yet decadent flavor and our second favorite was the milk cream puff. There's not much else I can say other than you really have to go here and try the desserts yourself. If you're a fan of Japanese desserts that are rich yet not too sweet, you'll be a fan of Keki.

There are lots of other tart places that do something sinilar and didn't really think these were that memorable. And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
