Growing up in Hawaii, I always thought that Cookie Corner was a franchise. I believe I was mixing it up with another establishment because you can't find these tiny crunchy cookie delights anywhere on the mainland. And unlike other cookie companies, Cookie Corner makes their cookies onsite! It smells so good from the outside and while you're in the store waiting to order. I refer to Cookie Corner as "red cup cookies" but no more. Cookie Corner now has this adorable Hawaii printed cups. Luckily, the taste is still the same after all these years. And honestly, you can never go wrong with freshly made, straight out of the oven cookies. If this is your first time, I recommend trying the small variety cup at $4.95. My go to location. I normally get a large cup of bite size Choco Chip and an M&M cookie for my daughter. I went in the other day after seeing their sale on IG. When I went in I didn't see any signage so I assumed it was over so I ordered my usual until the gentleman at the registered told me about their sale (so it WAS still going on!) Went in yesterday for some cookies. The sign on the door tell customers that they need to wear a mask, however, the young male that was working in the front area was preparing cookies or packing them or something and his mask was hanging from one ear lobe. He put it on when he finally saw me. Hopefully no one is working that is sick anyway, however, maybe the manager or the people working with each other should ensure that everyone is following all health regulations. I've loved this place since I was a kid and it honestly hasn't changed AT ALL since then. As far as variety, off the top of my head they have...Chocolate chip, Chocolate chip with walnuts, Snickerdoodle, Peanut Butter, Shortbread, Chocolate dipped shortbread, Oatmeal Raisin, M&M, Rice Krispie treats...they honestly have a bunch more. And they also have a number of fundraiser options which are all fantastic and you see them quite often. Their cups filled with tiny cookies are amazing as well. My favorites are their Snickerdoodle and Peanut butter. Rich cinnamon flavor in a soft cookie without an overpowering sweetness to it, the same goes for the peanut buttery goodness of their peanut butter cookies.
