Organization mecca Think of all areas of your life from the rooms in your house to the tasks you do on a regular basis this store will help keep you organized. Their prices can be expensive yet they do have great sales. Also the serenity of seeing an organized closet can take some stress out of your life. They are providing all precautions-masks, distancing signing, one way aisles... all to keep you and their employees safe. I appreciate I can order online & pick up at the store Note the store hours have changed so call ahead if your unsure.

What a huge store--so many containers! I like the different categories that they put them in, travel, office, bathroom, etc. The prices here are high for most items, but you can get some cheap items too, and some on sale. Registering for the club will get you coupons emailed to you on a Monthly basis. Staff was very friendly.

Wonderful place - customer service not so much!

Decided to stop by the place for different unique containers for gift giving this holiday season. I have been in here before and the customer service was amazing. Not today!. Seems everyone was busy talking to each other and not the customers. Several customers in the store but no one was helping them. Take that back one person did get help after having to approach a representative for assistance. I was actually on a row looking ar items. Two representatives came in my row. They did not say a word to me, but was having a full conversation between themselves. After a few minutes I walked off. Walking down the center of the store we now have two more associates standing talking. One looked at me, but no hi, can I help? Nothing! Well guess they were busy talking about the wind storm one of them had to encounter. She said it was cool for what I could hear as well as probably others since it was a not so quiet conversation. So let me go to another area. The Christmas area. Walking around and here comes a guy, the same guy from first conversation with a ladder. Again no are you finding everything you need? Nothing. As I decided that I had enough I walk toward the door. A gentleman says have a great day sir. Wow you have receive customer service as you are walking out the door. I dont see myself coming back here for a while. Customer service is everything and they gave me nothing today.

It was a great find, and I knew it would get picked up immediately, so I wanted to make sure that they held them for me while I shopped around as they were too big to fit in a cart. I urged the associate to do more than just place a sticky note on it that says "CSS" (customer still shopping) and at minimum take my name if she's unwilling to place behind the 2 ottomans behind the counter like I had requested. She assured me not to worry, and that both will be available to purchase when I go to checkout. Well guess what?! They ended up selling both of the ottomans I had put on hold while I was shopping! The associate didn't even apologize and the manager wasn't willing to lift a finger to make it better. I was so upset I ended up cancelling my transaction for the other items I had shopped for and left. Do NOT trust these associates to actually hold your items, even when you urge them to take more info/action. The least that should've been done was offering a discount on the other products I was planning to purchase (I even asked the manager, and she said "no" and was equally as unapologetic as the associate who was supposed to hold my items). Purely infuriating & dissappointing, will be avoiding returning to this store at all costs.

I went in expecting something a little more elevated, maybe even a little more unique, something that justified all that visual hype. Instead, the second I walked in, I had instant déjà vu. It felt like I had just walked into Pottery Barn and West Elm at the same time. Same look, same layout, same safe choices. You could swap the store signs and I genuinely don't think anyone would notice. After a few minutes, it stops feeling like browsing and starts feeling like you're looping the same store over and over again. It is still nice to walk through, I will give it that, but this is your reminder not to believe everything you see online. A lot of this feels like basic furniture dressed up to look amazing, different, and higher end when it really is not. And since this mall operates like a full price only environment, expect to pay two or three times what any of this should realistically cost. Enjoy the showroom, just don't get hypnotized by the hype

What's funny is we were just at Goodwill so I saw a glass jar that was similar to one I found at Goodwill, it was $8 at Goodwill and $34 there. However, that was the only piece I found at Goodwill, whereas here there were so many beautiful pieces. You really can't compare the two, so I'll stop here, but I just wanted to make that clear. I've been into helping the environment recently, so I want to buy secondhand pieces when I can. We were looking for a vase. I ended up finding a gorgeous shell shaped vase. They actually had two, but one had a crack on one side, which is why it was discounted by $50. I decided to go for the non cracked one, which was $140. I think this is reasonable for the quality and it's a statement piece. I saw tons of other items that I loved. There was a standing desk for around $350 and a lot of benches and tables all in the couple of hundred dollar range. Again, not cheap, but definitely less expensive than they probably were when they were new. The guy working there was really nice and helpful. Parking was easy on both sides of the building. They pack this place full of such beautiful finds. I will definitely be back.

Restoration Hardware (RH) - An Overpriced Nightmare with Zero Accountability…read more Let me start by saying this: RH is not a luxury brand. It's just expensive furniture wrapped in awful customer service and poor execution. My experience was beyond frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone -- not even my worst enemy. I purchased a bed from RH in January 2025. The delivery was made in February, and of course, the delivery team damaged the center support rail -- the main structural beam that runs from the headboard to the footboard and supports the mattress. And yes, RH's own team acknowledged they broke it during installation. They even called customer service while still at my home. Later, I received a call from RH offering two absurd options: (1) wait two months for a replacement rail, or (2) wait until July for a full bed replacement. So let me get this straight -- I pay for a luxury bed, your team breaks it, and now I have to wait months to get what I already paid for? I chose the rail, just trying to be reasonable. Big mistake. In March, they showed up -- with the wrong part. I was furious. I told them I no longer wanted the rail -- I wanted a new bed, period. RH then told me it could be delivered by June. That's right -- June. So I'm expected to sleep on a broken bed for four months because they messed up? Out of pure desperation, I drove to the Tampa showroom hoping someone with authority could resolve this. I got the same robotic answer: "It's coming from overseas." You know what? I don't care. That's not my problem. You broke it. You fix it. Don't sell international goods if you can't back them up with real service. Finally, in early April, the replacement bed was delivered -- yes, earlier than expected. And honestly, the delivery team that day was great. They were professional, explained how the mattress support could be adjusted for height -- something I wasn't told originally. But let's be clear: one decent interaction does not make up for two months of delays, excuses, and total lack of accountability. Now, here's where it gets even more ridiculous. I also bought around 40 cabinet knobs from RH. According to the product description and assembly instructions, each knob should come with two screws of different sizes -- which is crucial because I had already measured and knew which size I needed for my kitchen cabinets. When the knobs arrived in February, they all came with just one small screw -- not both sizes as advertised. Again, I reached out to RH. And what did customer service say? "The product only comes with one screw." Excuse me? The manual on your own website says otherwise. I even sent screenshots. Their response? More email ping-pong and "we'll escalate it." I visited the Tampa store again, and while the staff were friendly, they were just as helpless -- they repeated the same useless line: "We're looking into it." I even gave them an easy out: Buy the correct screws locally at Home Depot or Lowe's and ship them to me. It would've cost them what -- $10? Problem solved in a day. But no, they made me wait over a month, as if they were sourcing the screws directly from a mountain village in China via camel. All that for screws. I couldn't believe it. What kind of "luxury brand" can't be bothered to fix a basic error or invest $15 to keep a customer satisfied? This is not luxury service -- this is amateur hour. The truth is RH is all about appearance -- overpriced products, big showrooms, and zero follow-through. There's no customer focus, no urgency, no accountability. And once they've made the sale? You're on your own. I will never buy from RH again. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity, go to literally any other furniture store: Rooms To Go, City Furniture, El Dorado, West Elm, Crate & Barrel -- hell, even IKEA does a better job standing behind their products. RH is not worth the price, the stress, or the wait. Avoid this place.

It was hard to imagine that this would be worthy of her bucket list. Walking off the elevator we were awed by the gorgeous botanical garden (green house) atmosphere that we stood in. It was all the more beautiful on a cool but sunny day and brilliant blue sky we saw through the glass paneled roof. We had a reservation and were quickly taken to a corner table with views of the lovely terrace, lovely chandelier and beautiful room in which we sat. Our server, Leasha, quickly greeted us, then gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. It's not enormous but had plenty of enticing dishes. We had several questions for Leasha when she returned. She identified customer favorites and a great wine to accompany various items. Her suggestion of the Gruner Schloss was terrific with our entrees and sides. We ordered the Wild Mushrooms, Truffle fries, a Truffled Grilled Cheese, a Lobster roll, and an Avocado Toast. Every item was delicious to the last bite and last drop. Leasha then surprised us in bringing a Dessert Birthday Cookie that the 3 of us shared. Great service. Great food. Beautiful surroundings. While not an inexpensive meal, it was a great value for this special occasion.
