This is one of my favorite places to go to get containers. The selection is good. The staff have helped me many many times(many different employees), and they've always been great. They're good at identifying solutions that customers might not know about, and they have a good idea about what's available. I really appreciate this store. read more

So to start with yes The Container Store is the upscale place to find storage solutions. But I would say most of their items are very high quality. What makes this location special is the staff. If you compare the staff at say Home Depot or Lowes where let's be blunt women aren't exactly treated the same as men, this store was just a breath of fresh air. I really enjoyed the experience and got so much helpful info. When we lived in San Diego Co, the store downtown was huge but the staff, well I always felt I was bothering them. I really recommend at least check prices and compare to the big box stores. The roll out shelf I purchased was less than the ones I had to search for and found in the back covered in dust, no help anywhere at Lowes. read more

I have been trying to give the store the benefit of the doubt for three years. I had a horrible experience where we bought $4500 of custom closet components, 80% ordered incorrectly by the associate. Six more visits to the store and I finally got my order correct. I went today, knowing that the closet components are hard for the associates to figure out, so I brought one as an example. The associate brought items out four times that were incorrect. I found the sku for them and the website said that they have many in stock. After 45 minutes of bringing out incorrect items, he brought out the correct item in a different color and said they did not have the color I was looking for, when it said they had it on the website. Unfortunately, they don't know their inventory and I have never had a more frustrating experience with a company. read more

The employee who checked us out was extremely rude. When we approached the cashier's counter to check out, the employee told us she would check us out but was standing behind us and we didn't understand that she meant that she wanted us to walk over to her at a small desk in the middle of the front area of the store. She then barked at us that she would check us out from there. There was absolutely no reason for her to raise her voice at us. I am fed up with being treated like this by retail employees. We were not rude or impolite. I will not spend money in your store again. read more

This is one store that we are always excited to visit when in the area. We walked through and we picked up 3 small items. We went to check out and there was a customer ahead of us, so we waited. The cashier (#1) called a second cashier (#2) to assist. When the young lady came to the front, the cashier (#1) asked her to retrieve some information for the customer she was already assisting, while we were still waiting. At that time, a 3rd cashier came to assist us. While we were wrapping up the transaction and #3 was talking to us, #1 rudely interrupted to ask her a question about some bins. #1 could have honestly waited for us to finish but interrupting was better.... read more

This store is full or organizing amazingness. They have every little gadget that one can almost dream of for storage and organizing. I went in seeking a shelf for under my sink, and I did find a few options, but I didn't pull the trigger. The store is clean, well kept, and there is staff scattered around to assist if needed. I was first introduced to this store in Nashville several years ago and I would say the Albuquerque location is very similar to what I experienced there. They were using Covid practices. I'll definitely return for my organizing needs. read more

They had great customer service here and were very helpful helping me find what I needed.

The first salesperson that greeted me was really nice and informative, but then another saleswoman literally followed me around the whole store. Anxiety inducing. Don't know if she was suspicious of me or unable to read the fact that I just wanted to be left alone. Was excited to shop the sale too, but it was so awkward and weird I couldn't focus. read more

Three weeks ago I paid to have an Elfa closet installation in my home. Every time I call to find out when it will be installed, I get no information back. This morning I called once more and was told someone would call me back at the end of the day today with an installation date. No one called. This company takes your money up front and then they don't bother to give you updates or call back. I would not recommend them for closet installation because of their lack of responsiveness. read more

I love the container store its very clean and organized. To the person who wrote the glaring one star review you cannot attack a store for their safety rules as dictated by the dept of health cdc our states gov etc. If you chose to not wear a mask then stay home. Dont infect others with your illness OR your hate speech. People with asthma wear masks ALL the time. If you cant breathe with a mask on maybe you need medical attention.
