It was easy to book an appt on their website and I was sent a reminder and also given friendly service when I called in with questions about my appt. I was greeted warmly upon entering, and the whole appt went smoothly with Ruby. I was there for a Brazilian and was almost 9 months pregnant, so pleasant isn't probably the word to describe things, but Ruby did a great job. The place is super cute and the rooms are nice and cozy, clean and calming. They don't feel sterile and cold but you can tell they're taking all the right sanitary measures.
