I brought my car in for a rim replacement and front bumper repair, and it ended up taking 24 days…read more Far longer than expected. I was told the delay was due to slow communication with the insurance company, but my insurer shared all correspondence with me, and they were consistently responsive. The hold-up was clearly on the shop's end. To make matters worse, I was told the car had been scratched at the car wash and needed extra work, yet when I picked it up, it didn't even look like it had been washed. And the final bill? It jumped from $1,900 to $3,200, with no clear explanation or heads-up. The staff were polite, but the lack of transparency, accountability, and basic follow-through made this a disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this shop unless you're prepared for delays and unexpected costs. *** Update 9/19/2025 - Respond to the Owner's comment: *** I was contacted privately by the owner with messages on Facebook Messenger that I received messages that I considered harassing and unprofessional. and I report it to Facebook. It is clear to me why this shop does not have negative reviews. Please look at the owner's response. It only reinforces the concerns I raised in my review. Particularly the lack of accountability and transparency. Let's address a few key points: Safety: I didn't feel safe driving a car with a damaged bumper that was hanging off. That's called being responsible. Not misleading. Drop-off timing: You told me it was okay to drop off the car and that I could pick it up the following Friday. You later called to extend the timeline twice, asking for additional weeks. Car wash damage: You claimed the car was scratched at the car wash and needed extra work, yet when I picked it up, it didn't appear to have been washed at all. Insurance billing: You quoted me $1,900, then billed the insurance company $3,200 for the same work. I've already shared this discrepancy with my insurer, and they're reviewing it. I've shared my experience based on documented facts and communications. Your response seems driven more by emotion than accountability. Your accusations of fraud are not only false, but they're also reckless. I am prepared to pursue this matter through the appropriate legal channels if necessary. *** Update 9/21/2025 *** The owner previously posted a lengthy comment filled with accusations, which has since been deleted. I've saved a screenshot and uploaded it to this review for transparency.

Most unprofessional collision shop I have ever worked with. Got my vehicle towed here for repair on…read moreMonday. Spoke to them on Wednesday morning and asked if my insurance company had come out to assess the damage yet. (I was told my CCF that once the damage got accessed and OK'd by the insurance company that I could get a free loaner while the repairs are being done.) John at CCF told me that the insurance company did not make it out to see the vehicle yet, but that they should be coming sometime in the afternoon. I got a call from my insurance company saying that they went to CCF around 3pm and they were closed and the doors were locked, so they could not assess the damage. It is now Friday morning and they are still closed. Just drove up there and the doors are locked. WHEN I SPOKE TO JOHN THURSDAY MORNING, IM NOT SURE WHY HE DID NOT MENTION THE SHOP WOULD BE CLOSING EARLY AND NOT OPENING AGAIN FOR THE NEXT FIVE DAYS??? It's Friday, they are closed for the weekend, and Monday is the holiday. Meaning the damage won't be assessed until Tuesday, leaving me without a vehicle til then. COMPLETELY unacceptable. I am extremely upset. To top it off, my car isn't even accessible to be towed elsewhere to have the repairs done. IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL, TIMELY SERVICE, DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!

I had to go to a different garage to fix the area they missed. Upon calling them about it they wouldn't fix it after I already paid for the work because it was "nothing they did," even though I believe missing something as important as an ABS line leak is something they should've seen. Not a horrible experience but will definitely go elsewhere next time.

Dealerships are a Dime a Dozen.... This one might be Quarter a dozen!…read more I wanted to test drive the MME prior to putting a order in for one then waiting months to get one. I called over to Dorian and was setup with Colette in Sales and was greatly helpful throughout the whole process. She said she had one on the lot and to come on in ASAP to test drive before it's gone. I went test drive and we spoke after on the process of ordering when the banks open. While waiting patiently for the order banks to open Colette was always responsive to my emails on getting information about the dates. Once ordered the wait began... I received emails through the waiting period about my order and when the time arrived to pickup the vehicle Colette was still very responsive to everything I've requested. If she didn't know the answer she found someone to give me the answer and didn't make something up. On the day of signing everything was ready and lasted less than 5 mins, everything was ready and on tablets not paper to sign. If everyone is like Colette over at Dorian then it will definitely be my go to dealership for repairs and future purchases! Thank you again for a great experience with the process!

After 4.5 months, gas fumes appeared and our mechanic found oil leaks, a transmission leak, and a worn catalytic converter. The dealership only offered overpriced repairs (double what our mechanic quoted) and a trade-in $4,500 less than what I paid. The service manager was defensive, and their repair wasn't even cleaned properly -- I had to pay out of pocket to fix remaining issues. Very dishonest and disappointing experience. I would never recommend this dealership. Beware!
