Particularly the lack of accountability and transparency. Let's address a few key points: Safety: I didn't feel safe driving a car with a damaged bumper that was hanging off. That's called being responsible. Not misleading. Drop-off timing: You told me it was okay to drop off the car and that I could pick it up the following Friday. You later called to extend the timeline twice, asking for additional weeks. It's a Texas car and in perfect body condition so I began to work with them on getting the engine replaced (106k miles). I then began saving my money but by December 2025, my dealership closed (Genesis Alpha Romero-Fiat). With no where to go (but with lots of cash saved), I checked around and contacted Golling Alfa Romeo Fiat, but they never responded back to me. I was in a bind until I receive a mailing from Kozak in March 2026. They were nicely located in-between my home and my employer so on 28 April, my car was handed over to them. I could not be more grateful and happier with their workmanship and services (and I've worked in automotive). My car now has a new engine, new AC and cooling system, new suspension system, new struts and additional components and my car runs perfectly. My car was completed the last week of May, but I had their collision shop (Distinctive Collision Repair; Alexis - Service Provider) do some minor repair work on a fender, so technically I got my car back on 19 June. Now the car looks brand new and it drives and runs perfect. Update: On 27 June I had to drive to Grand Rapids, so this was a perfect time for the test-drive. The engine performed perfectly with excellent acceleration and the gas mileage was much better than expected, and the new suspension was stiff but smooth. The money spent was worth it ($15k). It is more cost-efficient than buying a new vehicle ($30k-50k), and a new "used" vehicle typically has 100k miles on the engine ($15k). The cost was worth every cent versus the cost of a new / used car.

I called over to Dorian and was setup with Colette in Sales and was greatly helpful throughout the whole process. She said she had one on the lot and to come on in ASAP to test drive before it's gone. I went test drive and we spoke after on the process of ordering when the banks open. While waiting patiently for the order banks to open Colette was always responsive to my emails on getting information about the dates. Once ordered the wait began... I received emails through the waiting period about my order and when the time arrived to pickup the vehicle Colette was still very responsive to everything I've requested. If she didn't know the answer she found someone to give me the answer and didn't make something up. On the day of signing everything was ready and lasted less than 5 mins, everything was ready and on tablets not paper to sign. If everyone is like Colette over at Dorian then it will definitely be my go to dealership for repairs and future purchases! Thank you again for a great experience with the process!

They kept making up excuses as to why it took so long to replace the transmission until finally 7 days ago they said I could pick it up. $4400 later and the RPM was running high and my car was making a weird noise. Then my car started leaking fluid and eventually it shut down because the engine was too hot. So I had to get it to towed back to collision collision. Turns out the mechanic told someone at the shop that they did give me my car back way too soon. They kept telling me they were test driving it but the mechanic never did test drive it. The whole experience was a complete nightmare and the worst professional experience I've ever had in my life. And to end it all, I was trying to call the shop to see if my car was ready yesterday but Damien kept hanging up when I called. This is because they simply delete them prior to returning. What's worse is that they censor their Google reviews and on the website you can't leave reviews so they have a great rating on Google but don't be deceived. With the condition my Jeep is in it is not roadworthy and very dangerous. Demian the repair parts guy among other things text me he is about tired of my complaints the 2nd time I returned to them. What's worse is I went into the shop office they told me to talk to Demian. They gave me the run around.
